Thanks for the update ,just plowed my first snow with 550 and everything is fine also put the clear enclosure above the doors and it was a pretty nice fit. Thanks again and have a Merry Christmas.
Appreciate you watching! The 1000 has been a phenomenal experience. But, the 550 is so nimble. I guess I just need to count my blessings that I can use them both!
Hello Joe, and thanks for another great video! I am sure they both make doing things on the farm much easier. Until next time, stay safe, and may God bless your days as He always does ours! Donald
I have the T BOSS 550 and it has been an essential tool on our farm. I use it for everything from just getting around the property to planting grass. I have a Chapin pull behind spreader, and a homemade drag harrow that works great with it. It's plenty strong to do the work, but not heavy like my tractor, so I can use it in delicate places. I do have an issue with the driver side door not wanting to always latch, but I think that might have been something done by the dealership I bought it through. Talk about freaking you out when the door flies open on a sharp turn. There were all kinds of things that the dealership did that I had to undo or fix. I replaced the stock headlight bulbs in mine with LEDs and that made a huge difference. I replaced most of the grease zerks with the 45° style and that made it super easy to maintain. I also added a battery maintainer from Harbor Freight, but I drive it daily, so I only need to use it maybe a couple of times a year. The one thing I wish they'd change on these is the hood. I just wish I didn't have to get out a screwdriver to open it. I don't need it to have gas struts or anything like that, I just wish it was easier to open. I think you can get a cabin heater for these, I'd sure like to try that out.
Excellent feedback brother. Like most machines, helpful but not perfect. PDI is so important man. Makes a huge difference who sets them up. Thanks for watching brother and Merry Christmas!
I have a 4 year old Tboss 550 that I bought used from a guy. I’ve had really no issues other than I burned out the wet clutch plowing snow and I had the parking brake partially engaged. That was my own fault. I live in upstate New York and use mine around my property mostly for yard work and snow clearing. It’s been a great machine for us. I did add a back windshield and additional spot lights so it makes it easier plowing in the dark.
Glad to hear it’s been a good one! And you probably got a great deal. I have really enjoyed the 550 and with a smaller property it's all we would need. But the 1000 will be a game changer when filling the feeders!
Nice overview. I have farmland in Pa and had to go bigger. Just got off the fence this week and bought the kawasaki mule pro fxt. The kind where the back seat folds down and the bed expands into that space. Allows for a much larger bed space for things like fence posts, firewood, chainsaw, etc etc etc. all the things we get into clearing trails and fixing fences. Our current machine is a 3 seater much like the 550 or 1000 massimo. I do have one thing to say about those... I am surprised of the things that come standard.
Hey Dan; you will love the Mule. I have owned two Kawasaki’s and loved them both. Excellent machines. You will never regret it! And yes, the accessories make it hard to pass on. Appreciate you watching, Merry Christmas!
I have not had any problems with my machine. I have wanted a utv for a long time before I bought it. The only problem I have with it is my face is stuck with a big 😁 causing more wrinkles. The 760 tboss has eps witch I like and 9 more hp. It pulls up hill great. I have over 600 miles on it now only had 7 months. I find any reason to drive it. Merry Christmas to you and your family and have a wonderful new year. 😊
Glad that you are having a great experience and that you are SMILING! It's all about enjoying life my friend. Merry Christmas to you and I'll see you in the new year!
I don't know if you are familiar with the TH-cam channel called 2vintage but he buys and repairs all sorts of motorcycles, atv/utv's and etc. He's worked on a few massimo's and when they've had a problem it's usually catastrophic engine failures. They are definitely alot of machine for the money but I would wonder about the longevity of them. I hope it works out for you.
His channel is CONSTANTLY on in my house! Love seeing him work and wish I had his skills. I agree he has worked on a bunch of them; but also works on Polaris, Hondas, etc. I know it's a value machine...but they have built so many of them that what I mostly hear is people using them far above their ability (I'm kinda guilty of that too). Hey, if it dies on me...I'll call it straight. Blessed to have channel partners, but my loyalty is with my audience. 👍
I've got a T Boss 550 and it's been great. I had a couple of small issues and needed to file a warranty claim. I went back to Tractor Supply and they told me where to take it for service and the claim. Claim was filed, they got the parts, and had it back in about 2 weeks. Yeah, it kinda sucks that it had a warranty claim right after purchasing but Massimo took care of it right away. Wasn't a problem taking it to the service place and they didn't give me any grief about having bought it from Tractor Supply rather than buying something from them. All in all fairly painless process.
Thanks for the feedback Jason; my experience was similar. Though it took longer as the shops were full with people getting their rides ready for winter. They are nice machines for the money; and should last you a long time. I remember when my brand new tractor had to be split at 12 hours. Wasn't thrilled about that; but was a non issue.
No more gas engines! An electric powered anything is better than a gasoline powered one. Electric means: no carburetors, no spatk plugs, no oil, no oil filters, no gasoline filters, no gasoline tanks, no gasoline, no engines. My gas powered ATV wont start. My gas powered chainsaw wont start. My gasoline powered lawn mower wont start. My gasoline generator was powered on once. The gasoline tank is now completely rusted out. Electric chainsaws just work. Electric Side-by-sides just work. Electric cars just work. Thanks for all your videos!
Appreciate you sharing and I agree that the electric equipment has come a LONG way. The Kandi has been an eye opener. But I LOVE the 1000!!! Something about that power!!! Merry Christmas!

I have never plowed snow with a sxs. I would absolutely LOVE to do that. Appreciate you my friend, Merry Christmas!
Thanks Joe for the great review, I’ve been wanting to see more on the 1000 👍

The receiver is so far under the machine, must cut down turning radius with a trailer.
On which one?
