For the f15 you don't wanna be at top speed when you start fighting, take advantage of your air break to slow down and your landing flaps to help you turn, you can hit the landing gear key flap key then gear key to put them back up RQ, you don't need to keep your gear down for landing flaps, I'm not great at explaining but I promise it does work, you can out turn most jets in the first turn or two but any longer than that and you'll more than likely lose if you can't kill them then, hope this does help and if it doesn't I can attempt to give you a better explanation

Hey man letting u know with top tier jets actually most jets more speed means less turning ability those jets are low speed turn fighters turn off the burner put the airbrake on and change those flaps when going into a fight
Now do F16 without a premium account and without spending a cent on the game (this includes the golden eagles gaijin gave u cuz ur a creator). Have fun ;)
