I own the V3. I would recommend using the other screws that came in the paper pocket. The ones on the clip I heard are more prone to loosening compared to the other screws they provide you with. Also I was able to mount my clip over the Wandrd logo located on the left shoulder strap. Use the other screws provided in the bag and not the ones on there already. Trust me it will fit! Hopefully you can get your 85mm fixed. I have a Sigma 85mm and I would of cried if I ended up breaking my 85 that way.
Thank you for watching and also for sharing your stories and experience, very much appreciated! :-) Yes, I managed to get the clip clipped on to the bag (as shown in the thumbnail) and I actually got the 85mm fixed at the end (I bought a new first of course so that I was able to continue shooting). I since learn to always carry backup lenses and not only cameras, haha. But thank you again for watching and also for the effort in sharing your stories. I wish you a great time, stay safe and have fun shooting! :-)
Hi Mike, I am actually going to try to fix it myself first and I don't succeed I would still prefer keeping it for sentimental reasons. :-) Thanks for watching and also for asking, I wish you a great time, stay safe and have fun shooting! :-)
Don't worry, I managed to get it fixed and also got a second one as a backup. :-) But since I switched to the RF 85mm 1.2, this old baby finally got some more rest after so many projects the past 8 years... But yeah, thank you very much for watching, I wish you a great time, stay safe and have fun shooting! :-)
The thumb screws are piece of crap, they always come loose I constantly have to check them because I already lost two when I just left the capture on my belt. Last time I almost broke my camera.... Of course I can just use the other set of hex screws, but becuse they are longer it is really unconfortable to keep the capture on my belt, so now I have to get the pro pad as well. I regret this purchase I should've just keep using my camera strap. The capture is just too much hassle especcially for the not too cheap price tag.
Yeah, I agree that the thumbscrew come loose very often and that's really annoying... But for someone who doesn't really like using straps like me, it's kind of my only "quick" solution especially when operating many cameras in the same time. I guess the reason that it does not bother me as much (at maybe I am at this point more used to it) is because my capture clips are usually clipped on the shoulder straps of my bags. But yeah, it's definitely very pricey for what it is... Thank you very much for watching and also for sharing your story/experience, very much appreciated it. I wish you a great time, stay safe and have fun shooting! :-)
I am very sorry about that, thank you very much for your feedback, I will do better to improve my future content. Thank you very much for watching and I am sorry again that my video was distracting to watch. I wish you a great time, stay safe and have fun shooting

I own the pd-V3 since this Christmas. I need to hear that vid ^^
If you use the other screws. You still have to check and make sure they are tight. You don't have to crank it down all the way.
Also. What I do. When I'm not shooting and walking. I most of the times lock my clip.
Hello David, are you selling the broken lens? With kind regards

Just file them down to what you want
The music on this is so distracting and makes the video unwatchable, and it isn't necessary.
