For those who were curious like me, the computer is singing the chorus of the song, the actual song is like 4 minutes long, found a pretty good version of it by sheet music singer.
I honestly why this song and spicofically this audio is so widely used in horror media. The song has lyrics which are simply as wholesome and innicent as it gets. And the animation, while off putting, is still PERFECT with the song and incaptures the oldness of the song. Also the part where the dude slumps his head when Saying "I can't afford a carriage" is just too cute.

I've said a similar thing on another video of this song. but I just wanted to say I don't find it creepy or scary at all. I think it's really beautiful that we as humans could create something to share our love of song. the robotic voice doesn't lessen the value of the music, if anything it adds to it and shows that creativity goes beyond the bounds of what we can do as humans. we can share that delight with the things we create
