Playing this for score is an RNG hell experience like none other. If the game gives you bad pieces on certain stages, you're not making it to the exit soon enough to attain the 50K Time Bonus, no questions asked. Some stages are relatively free, but a good chunk of them will require favorable drops to make it. Even then, seemingly free stages can trip you up at times (as we'll see during the run...)
Apart from speeding through levels, the other main source of points involves throwing away all surplus lives to leech Stage 39. It's similar to how older checkpoint shmups would often incentivize suiciding at the most lucrative milk point to maximize your score, except much more interesting within the context of an RNG-centric puzzle game, since it's less static than your average checkpoint shmup, and thus emphasizes quick thinking & adaptability over rote memorization.
Some commentary on the stages I missed:
Stage 26: Don't ever expect to get the 50K bonus on a real run. The chances of getting the right pattern is about 1/100. Just settle for the 20K.
Stage 27: Very dependent on which blocks they give you, but will occasionally happen during actual runs. Today was not my day, however.
Stage 28: I have no excuse whatsoever for missing this. Momentary lapse of judgment.
Stage 31: Bad RNG, nothing could be done.
Stage 35: Probably should have gotten this, they were being extremely generous with the single blocks. Poor timing on my part.
Stage 39 leech went smoothly as I could ask for, I even involved Gussun himself in one of the chains (theoretically you always want to end the milk like that; catching Gussun in the chain increases the yield from 10K to almost 30K, due to how multipliers work. )
World Record is almost 7 million, I'm assuming he found a bug of some sort. Game's a little glitchy, so it wouldn't surprise me.

wow never heard of this game but lil dude's animations and the way they react to surroundings ARE SO FUKN CUTEEEE
also it looks like a hybrid of tetris and lemmings, wat a bizarre combination :o
