Letting go is interesting. You see people who have a problem with the opposite sex, and they try to push away. But they grab on, and they don't let go. I feel like successfully letting go works when you simultaneously can let go, and let a certain energy flow through. The released concept can move away with the current, or perhaps you move away.

Can someone please help me resolve the polarity between The Secret and The Greatest Secret? The Secret is all about manifestation and a Me who’s doing it or rather co-creating it. The Greatest Secret is about consciousness, no Me doing anything, life is just unfolding. How do we talk about there being no Me, then in the same breath talk about using the power of our mind to manifest the life we want? Thank you.
