  • Most of us know that we are ourselves spontaneously, however, we get confused when we believe we are the description of our body/mind and its experiences. In this episode of “Letting Go & The Greatest Secret,” Hale Dwoskin and Rupert Spira discuss how you can experientially explore that which you are and all is-that which is natural. Discover the underlying unity and beauty of Beingness.
Rupert Spira is a teacher of the Advaita Vedanta direct path method to recognition of the one truth that all is. He helps people explore the perennial non-dual understanding that lies at the heart of all great religious and spiritual traditions. Learn more at www.RupertSpira.com, and check out Rupert’s latest book, “Being Myself,” at www.RupertSpira.com/Store/Being-Myself.
Hale Dwoskin is the author of the New York Times best seller "The Sedona Method" and the coauthor of "Happiness Is Free: And It’s Easier Than You Think" with Lester Levenson. He has been helping people let go and discover their true nature since 1976. He is also one of the featured teachers in Rhonda Byrne’s book and movie phenomenon "The Secret" as well as a featured teacher in "The Greatest Secret." Very amazing practical explanation of the idea of every thing is awareness. Just like sufi teachings, the love the lover and the entity being loved are the same thing or are one.
    Thank you ❤️

Yes I was really involved but that music that you sneak in every time it gets too a pivotal moment is very triggering for me I don't trust that ,it seems an unnecessary manipulation.why do you do it?

The intention is positive, but have to agree it doesn't provide any value whatsoever to this otherwise truly fascinating conversation.

@@williambailey5927 how do you know it is positive ?

@@Sun.powder I honestly don't believe that Hale is into 'manipulation'...In my experience, he does not come across as the power- hungry- guru type. I benefit from the sedona method (about 20 years, now) as delivered by Hale. I interfaced with him, at live and on-line seminars and always found him to be very approachable, friendly and open... That simple. :)
Still, I don't like the musical enhancement that does not enhance anything at all. I believe I would advise the sound director to consider how sometimes the rule of 'less is more' really applies. :) Particularly considering this remarkable exchange with Rupert Spira. I fully appreciate this rich material shared with us and can't wait to get more of it really... So, thanks to All involved! And, please, kindly consider our observations and critique of the "sound effects". :)

@@sou2927 I agree, this is why I love these videos it allows all of us to go over this great material at will and at our own pace allowing us to 'get it' beyond the words. Good for motivation too!
