In English they are called biscuits, not crackers. In American I think they might be called cookies. (Biscuits is pronounced Bis-kits.) Your "foil" is called plastic film. The word "foil" is used for metal - usually aluminium foil (or "aluminum" in American).
There's something very cosy and peaceful about your vlogs. Not much stuff, no fancy equipment or interiors, not going crazy with aesthetics and consumerism, not going out a lot. It just goes to show how you can be content with what you already have and find little joys such as looking at sky, taking a walk in the snow, feeding yourself and family with natural foods. So refreshing.

Hi Nastya - Loved your son’s reaction to the taste of the chocolate sausage. Anyone who likes chocolate would enjoy it. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I enjoy watching you cook plus showing your grocery purchases - I find it very relaxing as you have an easy going manner. Cheers! 🍁🍁 PS: I follow Siberian Yakutsk (named as the coldest city in Russia & the world) on my international weather app and it’s been milder there too. Here it’s been colder (Arctic Polar Vortex) with more snow this year due apparently to La Niña and El Niño in the Pacific Ocean & how they affect the weather patterns in North America.
That’s a very confident/competent 5 yr. old you have 😊 In Canada I grew up with something similar but it was a coloured marshmallow log dipped in coconut flakes and wrapped in Saran Wrap and then refrigerated as yours was 💕

Nastya at one time here in Canada our butter was soft as well if it was left on the counter but now leaving it on the counter is the same as putting it in the fridge.. It stays hard.. I was told that it is what the animals are being fed..I have not checked it out to see if in fact that is the case.. I just know that in the morning before buttering my toast I have to soften the butter in the microwave..
Hi Nastya! I look forward to your vlogs every week. I’m older than your mother, but oh, who cares 😂. I love your whole family and your new apartment. I want to try and make your chocolate salami. Looks so good. ❤
The difference in butter melting temperature is caused by the feed for the cows. Some farmers are adding high palmitic acid levels in the feed to increase milk production and it changes the dairy used to make butter ( slow to melt) and cheese ( kind of rubbery) . So the fact your butter goes soft easily is a good thing, it means they are not messing with your food. Might need to sharpen your knife or get one with serrated blade for bread. 😂🙋🏼♀️
