I love the confused excitement that Key had! So excited that his friends were there but so thrown off by how different it was! It's always such a joy to see those two fluffbutts having a play date, especially after all of the restrictions last year!
It was so cute and funny, he didn't know what to do ;D
When hes walking up the driveway you could almost see a thought bubble over his head saying "guess I was hearing things" 🤣

What a surprise for Key! I thought for sure the gig was up when Key could hear the distant howl of "HELLO, BISCUIT LADY!!"😋🤣
Even I could hear that woo and we were pretty far away! He lost hope when he couldn't see or smell Sherp in the garden, so it was a good surprise :)

I love it when Key is talking during walks. It's a real conversation and you can hear the breathing while talking just like it is with us humans.
He does get very chatty :)
My Addy, a big fan of Key and Sherpa, is a very chatty cat. She has three different tones she uses. The feed me now, your not moving quick enough tone. The Mom where are you tone, surprising the loudest, and finally her general conversation meowing. I just started an instagram, because she is constantly blowing my mind the things she does.
Their walk videos are my fave. Theyre so calming for me

That was a different approach, and it definitely seemed like Key was VERY surprised... but also Sherpa was surprised by Key NOT being home. HA! Of course, getting biscuits distracted Sherpa for a short time. They obviously love each other.
He was, he heard the woo, but when he couldn't see Sherp in the garden he forgot about him. So he was definitely surprised to find him already inside :)

Nothing happier than a happy dog!! My neighbors in northern California had a Husky in their Family. Several times we could see snow in distant mountains. When this Husky would see the snow He would bolt and take to running for the snow!!
That was a great changeup for Sherpa visits, even parked the truck down the street. Key has happy to come home and find his best friend inside waiting for him.
His face when Sherpa was at his window was priceless!

I love how Key and Wheels play with each other...as a lot of it is "dominance" play...trying to decide who is "top dog."...like would be settled in a pack of wild wolves. Their play is just for sheer enjoyment! My two Bichons did the same thing ( mother and son )...only mom always won the game! 😂😂😂😂 She was a show dog...and she thought she ruled the world!!!!

Flipping positions with Sherpa's excited face looking out from inside and K'ey clamoring to get from outside was perfect. In fact all of it was perfect, right down to Sherpa rushing to greet Jodie like K'ey does for Jamie.
