Every time someone sees my Huskies and says that they want to get one, I always have the same response. "Do some research. You've got to know what you're getting into".
I appreciate your honesty 😂 the breed is a handful, malamute isn't much different. Everyone thinks it will be glamours until they realize they brought a working breed into a home. High energy dogs require a lot of attention, this handsome boy gets what he needs.
I wish people could understand that some breeds just aren't like having a Lab or Yorkie. I grew up with a Doberman, also a breed that is smart, independent, active, and very alpha - but Dobermans can be a cakewalk to train compared to German Shepards, Malamutes and Huskies!! Cuz all those same traits exist (for the German Shepards, etc.) with some serious stubbornness, and increased independence... they are happy to learn, but what you are teaching needs to "make sense" to them...if it doesn't, their favorite motivator will need to be deployed. Dobermans have a desire to please their humans, the others, well....sure - but what's in it for them??

I was Depressed and Suicidal, but Found out that Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Light and that He Loves me. I got Born Again 10 years ago and I am Still somewhat Depressed sometimes, but I Know I am Saved by Grace so the Suicidal thoughts are no longer there. And Fresh Air and the Outdoors is Also Good for your Health and Mindset, and I am Glad Key makes you Laugh just like he does me. Anyways God bless you

Key is so hilarious.... He always makes my day brighter. I really love Jodie's Mom's reaction. Everytime she sais "Whatcha doing". Key unconsciously gets weirder and funnier.
Ohhh, Wierdo, these are bittersweet. My Baby Sasha rolled like that on every lawn and kept on walking like nothing happened. You couldn't walk her without laughing yourself silly. She would do paw-stands facing away from the tree to pee like a male (I think she wanted to keep all of her paws clean) She would squat to 💩 but wait until I put the bag under her to bag it up 🤭 They are so smart, loving and magical. Our gifts from God. When my current boy, Wiggy sees me crying 😢 in the kitchen (I try to hide it from him) he brings me MY best ball, not his... mine is the one that lights up. Thank you for your videos. Wiggy and I enjoy watching them together. ❤️😘🙏🏼🐶
I couldn’t imagine having a dog like Key. His personality alone is very unique. Then you’ve got that oh so handsome face to deal with…..how could anyone not absolutely love him??!!!!! When I watch any of the videos, I know he’s not Jodie’s pet. He’s a member of her family. There’s times when I think Key actually senses that too. 🙃
I laughed so hard because Key and both of my rescued huskies, Max and Jay act exactly like that, so I know precisely what you mean lol. They are so worth it all! There is a husky near me whose name is balto !he looks just like key !! He is gentle and quiet ! Quite beautiful! Also I adore keys fluffy tail ! Awesome video Jodie, really funny! He has such a big personality, and is so adorable. I absolutely love it when he sings dramatically at the tv advertisement. He is such a beautiful and happy dog and I love watching the sweet relationship you two have together.
I have a ton of Australian Shepherds as my family breeds them. A few carry that "sassy" tone of wanting to talk. Think of Key's "Oh well" style of noise. They aren't as talkative as Husky type dogs are, though they do make some noises when engaging with us. Mostly grunts and pawing. They are also stubborn too, every morning they freak out to seeing me just appear even though they heard me. While I likely will not have a husky, as I mostly just don't want to deal with their size and shedding, I will always appreciate them for their comedic relief. As those who don't pull sleds, have a life of stand up comedy awaiting them. Here's to Key and hope he gets to spend at least another 7 years as a super happy and youthful dog to bring smiles to those of us around the world.

Everytime I watch Key I miss my husky all over again, some of my best arguments were with him, it's so hard to be in a bad mood when you have one, because they can sure make you laugh 😊😊😊
Best Part: Mum's voice from the other room "He doesn't like the cow on the television". Normal, matter-of-fact voice, yes, this happens in our house on a regular basis, no big deal. Watching part one and two on a continuous loop.
