3. Almost all necessary amenities taken care of,
4. Multi vehicle step down parking
Cons:
1. Complicated entrances,
E.g., utility area only accessible from Maid's room so her privacy can be compromised. Swimming pool is directly accessible from entrance which is again compromise of privacy.
2. Parkings and some room entrances are below road level so in monsoon, barsati pani asani se parkings aur adjacent rooms me bhar skta he.

the negative part of these projects is the poor accessibility, some rooms are quite confusing between some accesses and entrances, I would love to see a horizontal house model, Without so many elevations. I have been watching the channel for a while and from some projects here things have evolved a lot, but they seem just improvements from old projects, few things are really innovative. I hope you see this comment as a constructive critic, I really appreciate the designs and as they are the trademark of the channel, it is easy to identify a project of yours. This is a good thing.
This is best video , but plez can you make a video for 15*60 plout size with 4 badrooms and the badroom are attached with.balcony and dressing room also .

Well, I love the entrance from parking and that huge parking area and the seperate entry thing.
But some entrance parametrical should be avoided.
Swimming pool is a bad idea there... Green area is more suitable.
The prime factors like rain protection with angles are missing.
And kids bedroom in the basement? Did I get that right?
I like the home but kinda confused why it's not giving the feel of WOW.
