Wow, it's a dream to build like this, I need a favor is it possible 30 x 40 south face plot, i need a plan like the ground floor is fully parking, the 1st & 2nd floor will be a 2bhk rented house and the 3rd & 4th-floor duplex house. All houses should have access to an evaluator up to the 4th floor.
Room size are ok it's like which we see in flats. In bunglow rooms should b spacious enough like 15*20 size or similar. Also puja space was missing, no pool, not much of common spaces
It is beautiful and capacious for two families or a family whose going to marry their two or three sons consecutively. One room for patients, one for daughters and other for newly married couples. Because in middle class families one bedroom considered more than enough for ten years at least. When their children are going to around ten then they need another room for boys and girls separately. I love to see your plans because they are based on real life necessities. Why don't you upload a plan of ground plus one with central courtyard with fountain and verandahs in side and out side the rooms lane, upon 100 into 100 feet. And another piece of land which is 100 into 100 used as a lawn parking swimming BBQ areas etc.
Hi Team ...Good Work but every video i could see Change in dimensions...room size and differ in outer appearance....My request if possible can you try something like gaming house ..Integrate Badminton court..trampoline..even its hard to make it real but we can learn from prototype models....i never see that type of house in any videos not even 3d model..

One complaint... Why u never been creative in designing bathrooms... All common bathrooms in all of ur videos.... Never see modular designed bathrooms ... U should think about it... There are so many amenities in bathrooms too...
Bhai tumhari team itni aalsi hai. Purani sharab ko nai bottle mein de rabi hai. Purana design hi hai ye. 1 saal pehle ka video dekho 2000 sqft 40×50 wala. Chutiya bana rahe hai.
