Ingredients:-
* Cottage cheese (पनीर) - 250 g.
* Milk Lukewarm (दूध ) - 1/2 cup
* Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Black pepper (काली मिर्च ) - 6-7 pieces
* Cinnamon (दालचीनी) - 1 small piece
* Small cardamom (छोटी इलायची) - 1 piece
* Bay leaf (तेज पत्ता) - 1 leaf
* Cashew (काजू) - 8-9 pieces
* Ginger (अदरक ) - 1 inch
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 1 chili
* Tomatoes (टमाटर ) - 2 big size
* Salt (नमक ) - 1/2 tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
* Water (पानी) - 1/2 cup
* Cream (मलाई ) - 2-3 tbsp
* Oil (तेल ) - 2-2.5 tbsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
* Roasted gram flour (भुना बेसन ) - 2 tbsp
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर ) - 1 tsp
* Turmeric (हल्दी पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
* Salt (नमक ) - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
* Sugar (चीनी ) - 1/2 tsp
* Water (पानी ) - 1/2 cup
* Roasted fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी भुनी हुई ) - some quantity
* Garam Masala (गरम मसाला ) - 1/2 tsp
* Green coriander (हरा धनिया ) - for garnishing
