马币贬值只是有利出口，意思是有利大公司。马来西亚大部分原材料都在靠外国，马币贬值原材料就贵了，商家贵来贵卖，老百姓就要买贵货。钱当然是越值钱越好，钱越来越不值钱的话 ，钱贬值10%，那么你的收入必须增加10%，不然就会越来越穷了。通货膨胀10%同样收入也要增加10%，不然一样会越来越穷。试问有多少打工族工钱有起10%？这种情况持续下去经济就会倒退，因为老百姓不敢再花钱了。
贬值全部都是输家，通货膨胀会吃掉你的购买力。只有持有稳定的货币才是上策。最重的是通货膨胀会让国家的负债累累，利息负担也很大。国家的赤字就会跟着增加，就要印更多的钱，又会疯狂的贬值
货币增值或者贬值取决于市场上（全球）需要马币和出售马币的多寡而已。如果一对比，更多马币需求就会升值，更多卖出需求就是贬值。买入需求就是（外资投资马来西亚股市，工业，服务业，和货物技术的出口）卖出需求就是（就是进口货物技术，对外投资）

I do not agree in entirely with your video. Part of the reason is the delay in raising rates which I agree, but the main reason why central bank of Msia is unable to raise rates is the $900 Billion sovereign debt that is owing to various institutions-the +3.5% hike of $900 billion it simply do not have. There is no question that they are printing more MYR this year to service their debt resulting in MYR currency devaluation. The housing installment is of zero concern to the policymaker, i think you should consider remove this video to avoid misleading comments further.
Housing installment is definitely part of the concern to the policymaker(bank negara) as it will affect the overall economy
@@jlwong2738 The previous regime and the previous few also don’t know how long they can be seated. Do you really think they care about housing installments? If you take $900b/32.1m population= you get slightly under myr$30k debt every msian are carrying. As long as it is well under the GDP per capita, they will not raise a finger about it. I say the continuous printing of money is the primary resultant of currency depreciation, annually $27b is printed to service their sovereign debt.
Sovereign debt is one of the concern bro, probably the main concern, my point is, housing installment is "part" of the concern, not "of zero concern", the regime is out of topic because the policymaker is central bank, chill😆

toward the end where u said invest in foreign currency, isnt that similar to what you said in the beginning where ppl sell ringgit to buy USD and SGD. so even without the fed interest hike, this way will cause ringgit to further depreciate? i saw many youtuber talking about how ringgit depreciate for the past 2 years. however as i am old enough. back in 1980 it was 1sgd to 1 ringgit, why till then to now ringgit cannot recover after every round of depreciation ? so i would suppose most msian if their earning is more than their spending will somewhat try to keep their saving in other currencies like usd or even sgd to maintain its value. however if everyone is doing that it is equivalent to selling ringgit and buy foreign currency and if whole malaysia is doing so, that is a very huge amount and ringgit can never really recover. is that correct?
