In the bible, Babylon was a city where everyone spoke different languages, so stories were never told right and this would create gossips all the time. For me, she's basically saying we live in a world where gossip runs free and we have to "battle for our life" if we want to stay on top of that.

Also they’re just different artists. Taylor is talented but she’s nowhere near GaGa vocally, although she’s improved a lot over the years & GaGa co produces everything she does, Taylor does not. If you asked people on the street who has been more influential, 9/10 would say GaGa. You also have to take into account that GaGa has fibromyalgia & can’t tour for the same duration as she used to do to being In pain. Also Taylor has said GaGa was a huge influence for her making dance pop sooooooo... let them each be there own artist.
