Great song.....Ronnie's honest and clear vocals,..and those guitars swirling and framing his story simply takes me there......"One more time"....Lynyrd Skynyrd unequaled 🕊🙏🎸

This makes me think about those warm summer days and listening to Skynyrd back in the 70s . Breath of fresh air just listening to this song. Simply the best band of all time in my opinion ☺️
The 70s were a Magical time. I was born in '60 so I was a teen throughout those years. The music was special. The times were so much simpler. The "Look Down" Generation will never know how Great those days were. One More Time is My Favorite Skynyrd tune. Well said, Wendell. Breath of Fresh Air. Yes Sir.

Those days in the 70's are my solace from depression. We had it so good back then, and didn't even know it.

I'm just starting to discover the bands songs that didn't receive a lot of airplay. I just heard this song for the first time 2 days ago. I can't get it out of my mind and have been playing it often. Ronnie was not only a brilliant writer but he injected every song with a full dose of heart and soul with his voice. Simply a mesmerizing song.
It's an absolute masterpiece lucky you! ,,you got some catching up to do ,cuz all of skynyrd's songs are awesome , check 'em all out and then play with headphones! enjoy!👣🐊🎸🎶🍄🍑✌️🐾
Great Rythym and Blusey sound, Combined with Ronnies Powerful Country sounding Voice Makes it Special. American , Homespun Music of the Best Kind.. These Guys were Fantastic !

@@BrianCarnevaleB26 Yes sir, southern rock does have that shade. Its hard to say which had the greatest impact on me personally. So I'll say it was all of them lol as there was so many. Never forget the Outlaws, Marshall Tucker, Goose Creek, Ozark Mountain Daredevils...
I teared up at the Memorial reading Free Bird monument. Its sad they died because they ran out of fuel!! I will always love Skynrd. Love the flag there.
Original drummer Bob Burns died but his replacement Artimus Pyle, as featured in the majority of the LS shots here, is very much alive and STILL playing with his Artimus Pyle Band. And quite well. Having seen the APB 4x over the past 5 years, they do as much justice to the memories and sounds of the original as the "tribute" bunch still out there. My opinion. The two guitarists in APB are simply phenomenal. Artimus still has chops. He lives in western NC.
How many other bands put out as much great music over a period of about 4 years as Lynyrd Skynyrd did between 1973 to 1977? That would be a very short list.

My favorite Lynyrd Skynyrd song. Ronnie really put his heart and soul into it. The way he goes it alone on the first chorus with no backup vocals, just does something to me. You can just hear the heartache and feelings in his voice. "Girl you got me hungry, losin' my mind, I know I"m playin' with fire, get burned every time. Yes, I'm a fool for you babe, I can't deny, I've got to have your sweet love, One More Time".
