ABOUT:
Hi! I’m Valeria, and I’m a Ukrainian expat and digital nomad, currently living in Italy. I first came here without speaking the language and being totally unprepared, but pretty sure this is gonna be an adventure of a lifetime! I love discovering Italian culture, Italian people and, of course, Italian food. I'm a full-time content creator, so when I'm not making travel videos, I'm taking photos, writing and creating artworks. Studying is another passion of mine, and currently I’m finishing my Masters degree at the University of Bologna. Here I post regular travel vlogs, tips on expat life, moving abroad, personal growth and self-esteem as a woman living abroad, so hop on and welcome on board!

I have lived in Turin for the past 12 years. It is great to live here.
My favourite Italian city - gracious and elegant with so much to see. I was there only two weeks ago.
It’s a truly magical place ❤️
You're so right! Torino is a great city to visit when it's not too hot. I find it inviting even under a pouring rain. I think it's culturally vibrant, fresh, interesting and a tiny bit French (controversial, I know...). It's not your typical Italian city, isn't it? Lots of castles and classic museums to visit but there are a bunch of modern art ones, too. My favourite is the OGR-Officine Grandi Riparazioni! La Mole Antonelliana is majestic!!!! It's my favourite Italian city. Looking forward to moving in Torino in a year or two. I can't wait to see more videos about Torino. There's so much to show! It's endless!!!! ❤
So true, Turin is absolutely magical and there's so much more to discover about it ❤️
Turin is SOOOOO underrated...
True!!
Turin was also the location of the original The Italian Job movie. You filmed in one of the plaza's where the Mini Cooper's raced through 😊😊
Indeed it's a great city. I enjoyed its Architecture and grandeur when I was there 12 years ago. Thanks
I'm glad you liked it!
I just got back from my first trip to Turin and I loved it! I can’t wait to go back. I was only there for a week - not nearly enough time to explore the city and see everything - I like to travel at a leisurely pace and get a good feel for the place. I highly recommend Turin, especially if you want to visit a city in Italy that’s not overrun with tourists!
That's amazing, I'm so happy you liked it! ❤️
Thanks for showing us an underappreciated city. Looks beautiful
Thank you, I’m happy you enjoyed it!
Yes, you definetly need to spend more time in Turin... 😊.... There are so many things to be seen in Turin and around its province.
I am faschined by your interest in mystical stuff... 🙂
I’d love to be back and film even more one day!
Beautiful video, congratulations. There really is so much to see in this beautiful city. Good !!!
Can’t wait to see Turin!! Thank you for your lovely vlog!! ❤
Thank you and enjoy Turin! ❤️
Turin looks like a beautiful and interesting city! ❤
It really is!!
We were just there on 12 November... probably around when you shot this. ATP Tennis tour was going on, and I forgot to get my friend a t-shirt.
Loved Turin, but we only had 5 hours. Next time, want to spend a few days in the area. Great video as always Valeria.
Another very beautiful, interesting and lovely upload 🇮🇹 ❤ thank you Valeria 🥰🙏
Thank you so much ❤️
Hi Valerie! I'm going to Turin in August and can't wait for the hot weather! Thank you so much for such a great video! I'll definitely check out some of your other videos and want to support your channel!
Thank you so much, it really means a lot ❤️ Enjoy your trip!
@@DramaticallyExpatic thank you! ❤️
Thanks for your efforts to show this city
Thank you for watching! ❤️
Great video for a great and underrated city
Thank you so much ❤️
Mi piace la Citta'....vista tre volte!!!bella ed elegante...poi c'e' il museo Egizio , il secondo al mondo x numero di reperti archeologici!!!fantastico
Thanks For The Information
In the end Turin is also the city of Gustavo Rol! 😅
A student told me all about Mr Rol... Fascinating stuff.
His family actually knew him. 😊
Thanks!
Booking my ticket! Grazie mille 😃
The video seems to be about you and not the city, all I could see was you talking about Turin. As an Italian very knowledgeable about Italian art and history I would say you left out many important places like the "Parco del Valentino" (Valentino´s Park) the "Museo Nazionale del Risorgimento" (National Museum of the Italian Unification) and the superb "Galleria Sabauda" in the new wing of the Royal Palace; it contains the collection of the paintings of the House of Savoy and is one of the finest collections of Old masters in Europe. There was plenty of time to mention and show them.
Looking to go on a family holiday in may, any recommendations for a family holiday, also looking to visit the country side, Alps, ect
Thank you so much for sharing!! P.S. you looks trés chic with this coat!
Aww thank you so much 🥰
Been to Turin a number of times....lovely city, I aim to be back in the spring to visit the Heritage Hub of Fiat auto at Mirafiori.
Almost every car they ever made are going back to 1899 are displayed , including Lancia, Alfa, and I hope Autobianchi.
When I was there 20years ago I was told anyone who goes to turin will relax, well that's what occured at a restaurant I had coffee and dolce,I loss all sense of time I was then rushed to leave after an hour and half over 8euroes plus 2euro tip to catch my train to rural town.the waiter expression was why are you leaving..
You're as beautiful as Turin. Fall in love with you and Turin at the first sight.
hopefully someday we could go there
Nice video 😍❤️
Thank you!!
Raspberry sweet, naturally! 😄
GREAT MAGICGAL CITY TRUE
Which more beautiful Turin or Genoa ?
4:25 what was the name of your dessert?
I honestly don’t remember, but I think they make it everyday, so if you ask for raspberries and custard dessert they should understand 🙈 also, their desserts are on display inside, so you can have a look!
Savoy rulers in fact spoke French as first language.
Savoia hate France, speak provenzal, Latino, and french, Iranian speak English but hate england.
@@Giovis968 No they don't. Savoy have always considered themselves more French than Italians
Please could you give us some information about university of eastern Piedmont ?
I'm only interested the the holy shroud and chuches
Have you ever thought of moving from Bologna toTurin? Beh, devo ammettere che tu sei molto bolognese.... Anche se vieni dall' Ucraina.
I am jocking... Welcome to the Egyptians ... 🙂 I forgot "weohevo" 😁 I love being in contact with you 😊
👍👍👍💞
Siamo andati là a maggio. Era molto più affollata!
Πανεμορφη πολη ειδικα οταν εχεις δυο κορες που σπουδαζουν εκει😄
First view again!
l. It's no secret to me to see that it's architecture and buildings was from sacrifice and human effort..
loooks like Denmark ghhhhhhhhh
Not interested in magic. Would really like more specific details such as the names of shopping centers, streets, restaurants. And when filming restaurants, I want to see the food more than your face. You also say Guys too much.
Lol why being so pressed? If you’re not interested that’s fine, you just probably need to look for another channel that fits you better, you know :)
@@DramaticallyExpatic I left this comment so other people looking for information know that this is a waste of their time.
not my tye of city at least doesnt look good to me I prefer rome and Parma ......
you make a big mistake, you miss the opportunity to visit a simply wonderful city.
It still looks pretty boring though
I wish you would talk less and focus more on the things we can actually see and do in Turin. There is a lot of wasted talking especially regarding the magic stuff.
