I wonder which direction is the balcony facing？ I remember Taichung is not that hot. If it’s windy, opening the windows in the balcony would let the room to air out.
I think I've seen this place before. Is it the nicer one in South District? How much is your rent? Most other tiny apartments are quite expensive or trashy and I was lucky to find a decent one also in Taichung with 5000nt rent per month, though it was one about 6 x 4m with everything you'd expect. Nowadays it's getting harder and harder to find a tiny apartment at that price point in Taichung.

Thank you! In most apartments below 15k NTD there is no kitchen. I plan to buy a table, stove, kitchen utensils and try to create a kitchen:)
