    My late father took me up to Lyth Hill one night to watch Telstar pass over in the 60s.

    Lyth Hill was a very lovely walk. Stunning views & beautiful little woodland. Especially more so pretty w/ the last of the Autumn colors hanging on!

    I so miss shrewsbury and visiting grandparents in bayston hill,walking on lyth hill and bomere heath good days,thanks for your videos excellent stuff richard

    Beautiful countryside in that area. The people that live on the hill certainly have a good view

    Its pronounced "shrew" not "shrow"sbury 😂😉...i live in Shropshire and it has amazing landscapes of hills and ancient rocks 👍

    I’m a Lyth and we always joke saying this hill is ours but obviously that’s complete rubbish haha! We come from Wrexham in Wales so probably not ours 🤩

      Ah yes - sorry - the main sound is on the left channel only - it was encoded on my lap top and I couldn't hear the difference.
