The moral of the story is keep away from the tourist hell, after visiting 154 countries no country matches Thailand, safety, food prices, condo prices buy or rent, thank you for your videos
Great video ,congrats. Street food : I will give an example about Madagascar ( Indian Ocean) We went to a very trendy and upmarket restaurant and got severe food poisoining ,next trip I had a lot of street food and I was fine.Same with Chiang Mai,never got a problem. You see it's fresh and they have so many customers. For costvof living you don't have to go to Koh Samui for example ,you've chezper options with other less famous but equally tremendous islands
BKK is great, but a bit to hot for the long run for me, next time (4 oct) i am going to try out Hua Hin. Every one tell me its boring there, but i think i will like the slower tempo, better air quality and sea breeze. Also if you like motorbike, its easier to do that in a calmer traffic situation, so Hua Hin might open up a bit more excitement that way, by road trips along the south coast
I have a trip coming up in December. Looking to possibly buy a condo in Thailand to have when I retire in about 6 years. I may be booking that call with you later before I go there. Will be my first trip to Thailand so I really have no idea what to expect and whether it is better to buy something now or just rent when I retire.
The problem just now is that the THB is strong, ppl are not getting so much for their £/$ etc. This is good for Thai's but not so good for tourists and expats. Love your videos, very informative 😊
Great advice, thx! I'm older but not an old man yet.LOL. I'm looking at Hua Hin to retire because the condo units are big for the price. I pick Thailand for the friendly smiling people and much much less violent crime than US. ( If worst thing is taxi man over charging me thats ok)LOL best wishes from NY US.
If you're worried about hygiene regarding Thai food vendors, try going to India! Indian street vendors make Thai food vendors look like a 5-star restaurant!
Lol heard about it. Just have to prepare the stomach. I think all it takes is being more careful and if you live there longterm, eventually you’ll get used to it
Thai❤ sexy party alcohol 🤪 the buddhist temples🙏🏻❤️🇹🇭 so good and beautiful and food its ok i ate a lot street cheap food i never had a stomach issue and i still i want to go back, thai life its very good compare to the low boring expensive conflict complicated life in the western society
dont come to thailand, there are so many other cheaper countries! wonder why people go there while still many other countries offer lower cost of living at lower standard may be. only go to Thailand if you want high standard of living per one dollar. cheap is not equal low, expensive is not equal high. price in Thailand is low but it s not cheap! it s just good value for money.
There are definitely many more affordable options for sure, but quality of life is something I’m prioritizing besides the cost of living. People here are warm and friendly, its convenient for someone who works remotely like me, and there are a lot of activities to do. Will definitely explore more other countries for future reference:)
Hi Dian, I don't think you've noticed, but you have changed your pronunciation of "th" to "d". Just thought I'd let you know ... feel free to delete this comment once you've read it. Cheers.
