Hi Annette, I think you’re doing a great job with these property videos. My last visit to Fivizzano was February and march 2024 . My first visit was 2022 in May after covid . It’s really difficult to buy there. No return emails from Frederico is very normal. Lots of properties are for sale but they don’t have signs on them. I have made many friends in that little town. Bar Ricci is the place to hear what’s happening. I picked up a signed copy of your last book from Giovanna.
Federico's office is next door to Bar Ricci, perhaps go in and introduce yourself. I have been bugging him about returning emails I would try again, he's gotten better. Signed copy if my book? I think she gave you her copy, LOL I have never signed books for her to sell. Or she's signing them for me...LOL Enjoy the book, Good luck with your home purchase. Thanks for your reply. I wanted to say that upon arriving to Fivizzano my first time. I was treated my Giovanna at the IlBretta where I was staying. She asked how I found Fivizzano. I pullout your book . Italy is my boyfriend. She snapped my photo and sent it to you. You called me that day and asked me to come to your home. The next day you picked me up in your Fiat and we had coffee at your home. You posted that photo with the caption from USA to Lunigiana. That’s me.
I don’t understand all the comments about the voice over. It was fine and very informative for this type of interview. I loved the update on a few of the homes and hearing that the videos have helped buyers when they get to Fivizzano.
Fedrico is so sweet and informative but I miss Annette in the video poking fun with him! That's funny. Italy and it's people are gorgeous and a lot of home and beauty for your buck for sure!
The voice over was very spaghetti western. We LOVE your voice, Federico. ❤Bring on the subtitles. I was half expecting an "Italian Annette" to make a voice over 😊
I'd like a different translation approach so that we can hear Federico's voice too, and then a translation alongside instead of totally replacing his voice... or maybe just do subtitles. It was good to do a revisit recap of action on some of the properties, thank you. cheers
Came to the comments to say this same thing. I love hearing Federico speak and it helps me with my Italian. I am sure there is a special or specific reason for doing it this way so not a big deal. Love all your videos.
Please release a version of the video with the original audio for those of us who understand Italian. If you can only release one version, I suggest audio in Italian with subtitles in English. The English overdub in this video is mechanical and stilted.

I agree, but when Federico reviewed the video before we posted it he asked that we turn down his voice. We had to honor his request since it's his video.

We had Federico review the video, he was the one that suggested that we turn down his voice, originally you could hear him speaking.
