sir i had a cashless surgery with insurance, i want to claim my pre and post hospitalization charges as i was told from the hospital that they can't send those and i have to claim it myself.so should i go to hospital and get filled the part B of the form? or can i submit by filling part A only
Now you have to submit Part A only as your treatment and hospital details are already taken by Insurer during your cashless approval. Fill Form A and submit with all relevant docs. Take Care ✌❤

Agar main Hospitalization ka claim mil chuka hai to koi jarurat nahi hai. aur Isi claim form se le rahe hain to sath mein form B dena hoga.

Checkup agar apke approved claim se related hain to reimbursement claim se mil jayega. Waise general checkups not covered.
