Exercise can help with depression but if your main concern is “feeding” your depression. I would suggest feeding it emotionally with stocks. How is that possible? Well, with the current state of macroeconomics there is a great chance for the short term the stocks we invest in will probably go down a bit in value. This should feed your depression, thus giving you a great reason to exercise and feel great about yourself.
