For ultrasound, should I use far-field or near field, is that means ultrasound can detect only elements which reside at far-field.

Time dependent study, add source under physics and define the decaying amplitude under definitions.

You defined the voltage, but what current is applied then?
You can not apply both the independent variable voltage and the dependent variable current. That is general principle unrelated to comsol.
