It's great to see that there is almost no graffiti/vandalism - or even litter - along the line (even though there are extensive available surfaces). There are a few examples of tagging, but you can also see that many more patches of graffiti have been painted over, so the management must be adopting a sensible policy of stamping on graffiti almost as soon as it appears, thus there is a virtuous circle of less vandalism with lower cost of eliminating what there is. So we can enjoy viewing the railway and city without the ugly scrawlings.
If you are referring to the section between poplar and tower gateway, this was not the north London line. Unless you mean custom house station, although that is not really disused and soon to reopen as crossrail.

Kinda like the old north London line section you could still see the abandoned platforms
