I agree. I bought the vinyl. Both regular and picture disc (picture discs usually are noisier) and some shirts. I want my first listen to the album to be on my record player but I also know that early streaming numbers are important to artists so I'm streaming it silently on repeat on Spotify =P
@@antivantiBe sure to turn up the volume a bit, and give it a rest. Spotify detects when there is not a good volume and does not validate it. Likewise if it is constantly repeating, it labels it as a robot and does not validate it.
Heck yea, we’re here for all the analysis. Some reactors just listen & go “that’s great”. But WHY? The why is different for everyone & it’s cool to hear all those differences. But yes, this is off the new album. Half the album came out a singles (as far back as more than a year ago with ‘MORE’). But these last 6 (starting with Six Feet Deep) are …insane🎸🎸🥁🎤. Official lives are in short supply so far but the European tour part 2 starts tomorrow & they are the MTV Push artist for July so there should be plenty of content coming.
" Kinda sounds like The Warning". Reckon that's a phrase that will become more and more common. It occurred to me the other day that what the Warning do is actually sort of symphonic. ie they have the ability to produce a piece of music that holds together and sounds like a single piece, but when you actually listen it isn't a simple repeat of the same stuff, but a collection of pieces woven together, sometimes very similar, sometimes developments, sometimes different pieces as punctuation or highlights. Probably a ghost of their intro to music being classical piano?
There aren't any professionally mixed live versions of this song yet, but there are some pretty good fan cam videos of it "THE WARNING - BURN OUT , Live at The Live House Soma, Osaka, Japan June 14 2024" is one of the better ones i've seen.
These were real fans at a real casting call. Although the video is funny the lyrics of the song have a deep and dark meaning about someone who has stopped trying in life and is in a state where he has lost all purpose and desire for life and is dragging down others around him with that negative attitude. Although many have interpreted this song, as an attack on people who have depression I think it is more the point of view of those who always try to help others and spend their time and energy but if that person does not want to be helped and does not collaborate nothing can be done. There are many songs about people with depression or addictions but few from the perspective of those who are around, caregivers. For those who are around it can be very exhausting and they can feel devastated by the other person's situation even though they have tried to help them and feel that they are sinking in the same circle. It's a wake-up call for that person. It is a great song that sadly has not been liked by most of the fandom for having a different, calmer sound. That's what makes the song so unique, that stoner sound with a funk vibe never done by TW. It sounds like something from QOSA or Artic Monkeys. Something varied in TW's catalog. Too bad they didn't like it and were attacking this poor great song. Not everything is rock with crazy accelerations.
You wait until you hear the new songs on this album, I believe you’re going to love them. Each song is very different and unique from the others also!!!🤘👏⚡️
*Burnout* i'm aware of at least three types of "burnout"... one is drug/alcohol abuse related, one is job or project related where you have invested too much time and energy, and the last is more general life related where you've given up (depression) and/or are tired of all the fighting, arguing, politics, etc and can't even care any more... none of them is a place anyone wants to be... i think this song kind of goes along with *Choke* about those times when you are overwhelmed by things in life and you want/need/try to work through it all your own way... but it is from the other POV as others may see you and how you are dealing with what you are going through... that DPA/TW included fans in this OMV was a fantastic idea! i really like how they played off the "Idol" TV show format and the salute to the Rock Band game at the end... very funny! My cd just arrived. I like to 'support my favourite bands by buying CDs. It's also nice to have something physical to own.

This video is just so much fun :)
I've seen fan cams of this live, and it goes *much* harder. Can't wait for an official live release of it.
Six feet deep, Apologize and Sharks should be your next ones. These girls are killing it!

Danny said the producer made her learn slide guitar for one small section of this song.
God is in the details someone once said. 🤘⚡️⚡️⚡️
Hope you will react to the non-single new songs from the album, especially Sharks and Apologize.
Live it sounds more raw, what I would call funky punk. 😎👍
🤟⚡🤘💪🇲🇽
HeyJustin, this was the only song from the allbum that i don't like too much! 😍
You like it but not too much fine enough
