You couldn't go to a church camp, revival, conference, turn on the radio, or sometimes even just go to church without somebody singing one of his many Christian anthems. Nobody hates You or any gay person, but the sin is what is hated because it leads to spiritual death which is everlasting separation fr im God ( which means such will not make heaven)
I've been getting back into ray boltz here lately(sometimes you just wanna hear something a little softer). I grew up on this man's songs. You couldn't go to a church camp, revival, conference, turn on the radio, or sometimes even just go to church without somebody singing one of his many Christian anthems. Tobsay he was iconic would be an understatement. That is why I will always be disgusted by how he was treated by his fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. When he came out as a homosexual (and therefore decided to be honest with himself, god, his family, and his fans) the entire community turned their backs on him. As if all his amazing songs just didn't matter anymore. As if he didn't need the support of those around him. It still angers me to this day

please, he is decent and has a heart for God, his exwife and children have no issue with it, he was HONEST, and in 1 day ,most of the so called CHRISTIANS in this country turned their backs on him, hypocrites, Jesus doesnt need them, and before anyone picks on Ray for being honest just remember, when you die you will have to account to GOD for your own life, not his, remember that before you say mean things about someone youve never even met.i will have to for my own life too and i always can.
I am not a so called Christian. I just found this out 5 minutes ago. It deeply saddens me. I will pray for him.....
The Bible says we can't judge the people of the world because they know not what they do, but the Word says we are to righteously judge those who say they serve Jesus because they know better. That doesn't mean we are hating on Ray. We are extremely concerned about his eternal life... or eternal separation from God. My heart breaks to think that anyone is going to hell, and we know it's already crowded there.

I was born gay but now I'm born again. My first wouldn't allow me to live a holy life but after being born again, holiness has now become my culture by God's grace.
