I'm confused with the question #28. In this video the answer is A but in the MOCK paper 1 video your answer was B. It has the same question though. Can you finalize which one is really the correct answer? Many thanks for considering my request.
There are no separate papers but have two tests called academic and practical within one paper. Format of the paper is just like this video. Practical questions are the questions that you should judge the correct actions etc. in a situation setting, and planning Test that use predetermined calculation formulas to plan the necessary work. Academic Test 30 questions Practical Test 15 questions
Hello. thank you for the great video. I have one question regarding hygiene section....can you tell me what is danger zone group 1 foods? and group 2 foods and 3 respective, since the notes states there are different danger zone for each groups. Thank you in advance.
The danger zone for all the 3 groups is 10C- 60C. But bacteria will not grow enough to pose a threat to humans if it only left for a short time, even in the danger zone. Steps need to be taken, such as rapidly cooling down any food that is in the danger zone. Those are the 3 separate critical control points for the 3 groups. These critical control points are controlled on the basis of temperature and time. I think you are asking about those points.

Mis mn december wala exam eka kle.මට paper එකට ආපු ප්රශ්න වලට අවා උත්තර ගොඩක් වෙනස්. මම පොත් 3 පාඩම් කලේ. එත් පොත් වල තිබ්බ උත්තර හරියට ආවේ නෑ. ඒ හා සමාන උත්තරත් අවා.. Math walta tik amuthu prashna awa 8 vithra. එකම වගේ උත්තර දෙකක් අවා ඌදී වෙනසක් තිබ්බේ. එත් පොතේ උත්තර වලට සමාන නෑ ඒවා.. මට exam එක pass වෙන්න බැරි උනා. අද මන් මිස්ගේ paper දැක්කේ.. මිස්ගේ paper වලට සමානයි.
