No I am sorry. But try to find a lecturer from your country. And if there is no lecturer don't worry you can self-study and pass the exam by doing questions on youtube. Also remember that these questions are for food service industry category, not for food and beverage services category. Try to find the papers from a different channel

72 is the amount of sashimi that we should make in 1 minute. That is not the answer. We should find the no.of people required to make 2880 sashimi in 40 minutes
No. 31 there asking to find the correct way of testing the temperature inside the burger. So you should not test it from the surface or from the side. You should insert the thermometer inside up to center of the burger. No.33 there asking to find the most using note of Japan. So it is 10000. And the second most using one is 1000. The answer should be 10000. 2000 is not using now in Japan.
Thanks a lot! I have one question, thou. On question no.40, what they were asking was how much 税金 (tax) he/she should pay, weren't they? Why did the correct answer show total bill that he/she should pay? Instinctively, I was counting the total bill, but the word 税金 makes me curious.
