Xilonen is also a healer, and you're still missing Xianyun. They also did buff Specter drops in 5.0 and they also added a new World Level for AR 58 and above where you are guaranteed to get 3 boss drops and can even get 4 alongside some better drops from regular enemies.
Also they added when you are crafting there is button on the bottom left that will show you materials for any character you need. So no more scrolling and finding stuff in the crafting menu

They have actually increased the drops of some enemies, and specters are included. I don't remember in which update and how long ago, so I'm not sure if you knew about it
Quality of Life Update I really enjoy (as someone who enjoys farming for characters, yes I'm a freak) is the stable 3 drops and occasional 4 drops of bosses. I really did not feel rewarding to spent 40 damn resin to only get 2 drops and farm them like 20 times to level a char to 90. Quality of Life Update I want is the cursed weapon items and talent book domains to be open every day! What do you mean, they released Citlali on a Wednesday and her weapon domain is avaible on Thursday?! Dammit! HSR and ZZZ don't have that issue, why does Genshin still have this ridiculous annoying feature.

Xilonen is a healer released in 5.1 and is one of the best characters because of her res shred and dmg bonus
2:22 actually, one of Xilonens passives make her burst heal the active character‼️‼️
Her burst just does that by itself, it's not a passive.
