I have a very critical issue regarding Motorola Phones I was using Moto G72 since 6 months and my friend using another Moto device at first my mobile totally Dead then I go to Motorola Authorised service center but they denied to Give service my phone free of cost while my phone already in 6months more warranty. They was charging 11000rs for repair my phone 😭 for this reason
I was returned home sadly 😔..
After this incident my friend's Moto phone was dead and same thing happened with him also.
Please please sir do something for us 🥺🙏 make a video regarding this issue
They refused to replace my g82 screen. My phone got green line after update but they refused to replace screen free and asked 9k for screen. I exchanged phone on Flipkart and got rid of it.
That's why I didn't purchase any Moto phones yet OR never recommended to anyone .

Xiaomi digged its own grave by ruining MiUI for ad money just like this YTber using clickbait pricetag to save his failing channel.
Secondly, they ruined note series by taking its price around 30k. It was a budget offering for people buying phones around 15k. This is the sweet spot which made it a successful series. Most people don't wanna spend over 20k on a phone especially when you have to replace it in 2 or 3 years.
Motherboard issue made their condition worst. Neither they did anything to deal with the issue. Rather than compensating customer they tried finding out ways to deny their issues.
Finally Manu Jain's exit put the final nail in the coffin.
