Really miss the legendary 5 mp TeleMacro camera on the new note series. The RN10 Pro was a beast ❤
Right, we owned two of those, excellent macro cam with auto focus.
Redmi Note 10 Pro was the last convincing note series IMHO. Also, it was the last note launched under Manu Kr Jain. Mi India Died with Manu Jain leaving after that!
The only thing that phone didn't get was 5G, otherwise it was a well put phone

I think the camera system is like that for chinese variants,once it goes global, they'll have different hdr algorithm which suits rest of the world,now let's wait and see

Maybe you should take a poll to see how many of us prefer this in-display finger print scanner. I absolutley abhore it.
Don't need to mate... brands adopt changes for 3 reasons...
1. People want it - Better cameras, larger phones etc..
2. It saves/makes them money - removing the headphone jack, micro sd etc..
3. It's innovative and a risk they are taking to look advanced - under-display cameras, the first gen foldables etc...
Given how unanimously brands have been moving to in-display sensors, it's reason 2... the majority prefers it to side mounted scanners
@@C4ETech Precisely, but is it better? It falls in the realm of removing the headphone jack, micro SD card reader, and removable battery. My point is that they're screwing us. They don't charge us less when they remove these features. They might even charge us more! It is our duty to force them to listen to us. It's our money.
to me, its more convenient and more accurate.. I have very dry skin and side mounted scanners detect my finger with lesser accuracy... one of the things I dont like about my time with xperias
@@C4ETech I've actually heard bad things about Sony's readers as well recently...but it's just them. Weird. My xiaomi is fantastic. In my anecdotal experience, the pixel line was better when it had the rear mounted reader as well. Then I tried the pixel 6...absolute NIGHTMARE (it had MANY other problems). Then I got a 10t. It was good but not as accurate as my older phones with the capacitive reader. Then I got the 7a, because apparently I'm some sort of masochist. Nightmare, nightmare, nightmare. I too have extremely dry skin so I understand your struggle. The dry skin makes the optical reader on the pixel hate me.

Wow for that 16k they are giving victus protection, 12bit 120hz oled with dolby vision, 67wt charging, ip54 rating, see the screen its amazing, 200mp main canera is pretty good.. If they could fix that selfie camera with an update or in global and india version.. It wil be a steal at that price point.. I will poco too rebrands this.. So that we can get 1k cheaper. ..!!!

Xiaomi budget midrange section aka Redmi has become a joke. Buggy/deplayed updates, pathetic camera optimisation. Can't believe how far Note series has fallen. I think Note 7 pro was their peak when it came to price and performance.

Vanilla note 8 was the last good model for me. The note 8 Pro was decent but a mediatek chip made custom ROMs a pain to consider for aftermarket software.
