Ponownie piękne filmiki. Kocham Was za to.
You have to go to Chełmno if you spend couple of days in the area - small town 42 km north from Toruń - polish Carcassone, the first capital of Teutonic Order and town of lovers!
I love these people and their videos. Always enjoy watching. Thanks for all the hard work and glad to see you got nice rest in a hotel, Sooooooooooooooo well deserved guys ❤️
Toruń is close to Bydgoszcz, which has a completely different atmosphere. Nearby, also on the Vistula River, is Grudziądz, which is called a small Toruń. .
I was hope you going to visit Toruń, since i watched your first video from Poland. You will never forget Toruń. I'm pretty sure ;) Every one gingerbread you will eat in future, will remaind you this special city :) 🥰
You don’t miss Ireland? But traveling is amazing and learning experience! I am planning to visit Ireland for very first time! Hopefully to find Irish girl to cook for me the famous Irish stew 😂😂😂😂 Torun is very beautiful relaxing town
I kindly invite you to my hometown of Tychy, I really like watching your youtube channel I am very pleased to see your episodes of your trip around Poland thank you, you are very professional in what you do.
Torun is unknown outside of Poland, a beautiful old town. But there are many cities like this in Europe, especially southern, unexplored, unknown, everyone crowds the same cliche places
We don’t really have a date when we will leave Poland as we are both EU citizens and don’t have to leave. We’re planning on going to Turkey soon, but no date is set in stone.
Another 2 cents about Copernicus and.... Russia, because it's a timely topic. Copernicus was involved in many things, like Leonardo da Vinci. Astronomy, economics (Copernicus-Gresham's law), mathematics, geography, mechanics, etc. Few people know that Copernicus built a water supply system for the city of Grudziądz, equipped with a pump system. This city had a water supply system larger than Paris or London at the time. However, this was discovered relatively recently, after World War II. Poland was then under de facto Russian occupation. So what did the Russians do as soon as the first references appeared? They banned research on the subject. Officially it was stated that it was of little interest. Do you understand? Some perpetually drunk party idiot, barely knowing the multiplication table, decided what was important for science. Russian power in practice - totalitarianism taken to the finest detail.
Dear Naomi (Ihope I spelled it right), at the time that castle was a whole, you wouldn't think of it as beautiful. It was a sign of ruthless oppression, Teutonics weren't particularly nice people, especially towards locals. If rebels razed it to the ground, you could imagine the hatred and anger towards the oppressor.
