You can find this episode intact on the Australian Region Free Blu-Ray release of the two Odd Couple movies which includes 10 TV series episodes as a bonus. This is the only episode in that set that is one butchered in the US DVD releases that gets restored.
Yes the DVD set is somewhat of a disappointment. I hadn't seen this episode in over 30 years and was waiting for that hilarious furniture polish line and then it was missing! Thanks so much for posting this.
