Yeah every single holiday is centred around the northern hemisphere. Christmas is especially weird coz it’s all snow winter stuff everywhere and I’m dying of heat with five fans going lmao
It's always funny to me when people don't take a villager based off the inside of their house. The outside I'd understand but you barely spend any time on the inside of their houses 🤷♀️
Like I love Kid Cat he's awesome but his house is a literal back street. I miss when he had a gym room like in NL but meh at least Marshal's house is way better now
i actually also take interiors of houses into account😂 idk i love seeing the insides of some of their houses. i have Erik and Poppy and i LOVE seeing their houses
The first time you set up a plot, the game gives you a week to fill it (I learned this the hard way). It’s only after a plot has been vacated that you have a day to fill it when its empty.
I’ve never hunted with more than 15 and I’ve found: Raymond Marina Octavian Diana Stitches and Tangy 🤷🏼♂️ Don’t worry guys, you’ll probably be ok with 10 if that’s all you can get.
I got Apple on 13th ticket, Marina on 10th, Erik on 3rd. I've never found a cat villager with nmt before though, but then again those were the only 3 times I went
Henry was my first campsite villager and I was indifferent about him first but I actually grew to like him a lot, he‘s super sweet and is constantly singing, it’s adorable

I restarted my island recently and I decided to let Nook pick my first villagers and then when I bought land I picked the first villager I came across. My island is pretty cool now I think!
I went villager hunting with 15 tickets and I came across Merry. As the idiot I am, I had confidence that I'd get one of my dreamies(merry is adorable but not a dreamie) and I left her. I didn't get a dreamie but after- afterwards I gathered up some random nook miles and got Rosie and she's one of my dreamies so I'm happy
I did My first dream hunt yesterday, with just 5 more tickets then you, and I got A Dreamie (Marina, to be exact) with 4 tickets left! so never give up, anybody reading this! I also think I ran to Sydney on the hunt too, so.. You’ll get your dreamies someday!
I had Henry on my island, and he's very cute. Hope you have fun with him! I just let him go a few days ago-only because I am doing a film noir theme and wanted a couple characters that would fit better into my plans. I had eleven tickets, and I adopted Tia on the ninth island. I also used an amiibo card to say goodbye to Savannah and bring in my favorite little funny face, Moose.

I was villager hunting a couple days ago and I got stiches on my first try, now im going for an Audie, im on my 78th ticket... my luck was short lived lol
when i first started playing and needed to get to 3 stars i just went to other islands and stole flowers and trees so that i didnt have to wait days for them to grow then i time traveled to when k.k. came saved it went back to the previous day and unplanted everything

I think villager hunting is like the most frustrating thing in animal crossing. Why: 1: if you don't wait and save up nook mile tickets, it can be a pain. 2: when doing a villager hunt, I keep getting dupes and villagers I don't want. Like, I wish you couldn't see the same villager that was on your island or that you've already seen on the mystery island unless you've seen everyone else once. It would increase my chances to see lucky, skye, Audie or Kyle. The last time I let my game choose who moves on a plot, I got deli (from my friends island, it's hilarious because I actually wanted him but didn't have a plot last time he moved) and friga (she was decent)
I left my vaulting pole & ladder at home once, I ended up with an island that I needed at least one to get to the islander on the mystery island...So, that isn't always the case. I couldn't go onto the other side by going behind the mountain either. Im glad I didn't really want the islander (Maggie was there)
On my first ever nmt I got marina. The first one I got in my campsite was Julian. And now I have Fauna, Tia and Audie. I have never actually had more then 10 tickets on a hunt

I think NMT are nothing for me anymore. I went on a long strenuous tiring job of creating 7 characters on my Switch. I have them on their 3rd house upgrades (will eventually upgrade all the way) and logged on everyday with every single account 7 days straight. I can get 300 daily with them. So technically 2400 X 8 points per week. I also have 1600 x 8 storage space enough for everything. I can also create and design many different houses / stores . I hope my effort was worth it...
Lyman was one of my three initial island trip villagers. I think I still have Pics in my album. I didn’t realize then that I didn’t have to take the first three I found lol Bruce is ok. I had him in the south for a while I think Henry and Lily are the only two frogs I kinda like

Yeah you gotta be pretty careful when your hunting villagers with only a small amount of tickets. You have to be way less picky, and if you aren’t and run out of tickets, then cannot afford more, someone completely random may move into your empty plot the next day. I went villager hunting the other day with all 50 of my tickets and I wasn’t really getting anyone I wanted, so on my last 5 tickets or so, I just went with tangy, she’s pretty cute and I didn’t want to risk someone weird moving in on the next day. I kind of want to buy more tickets eventually their not too expensive. You can get 400 tickets for like 10 dollars or so
My friend has the best luck on animal crossing his first two villagers were marshal and coco and he went villager hunting and his first villager he found was zucker

For real. My favorite villager is Kyle but he sleeps on a cart board bed but I don't care. You rarely go inside their house anyway like you said!
