I love that you aren't using false eyelashes. As someone who hates them, it's nice to see a tutorial that doesn't include them. I feel like a makeup look is completely changed once the eyelashes are added, so this is rather nice to see.
Gorgeous as always! I love that lip color, too, I've wanted it for so long! But I have so many liquid lipsticks I'd feel ridiculous for getting it. But it's not quite like anything I have! Ugh, the endless makeup purchase justification struggle. It does look absolutely breathtaking on you! ❤

You know what really pisses me off? The fact that trolls have bullied her about her teeth to the point that she felt the need to add a disclaimer. ReeRee is one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen, and there are STILL trolls out there that aim to pick her apart. It makes me sick.

This look is absolutely stunning. I came across your channel a few days ago and I am in awe. You are, without doubt, my new favorite artist to watch!
I have very similar eyes to yours; almond-shaped, though mine are gray and slightly closer set. I am in awe of your application of shadow to the inner crease. It seems I’ve always been advised to focus all color/ shadow to the outer V and outer crease.
I would love to recreate this look and tag you as my inspiration on Instagram. Though it may take some time- I’m excited to practice what you’ve taught my and utilize my inner crease for bold color!!

Beautiful look! Thanks for sharing. There's no such thing as too much red! Great pairing with the lip color, too. Wanted that color desperately, but couldn't justify buying the trio for only one shade I'd be likely to use. Wish they'd brought the color out as a single. I really like that camera. I could watch you apply makeup all day...your voice is so soothing. And...horrid teeth? I think not. I've never noticed anything odd about them. What would really be horrid is a set of blindingly white, obviously capped choppers taking over a naturally and hauntingly beautiful visage.

@ReeRee Phillips I love this look 😊 I have the spectrum brushes too; but I really can't get the blend right! 😭 it just looks wrong sadly on me! I also have the real technique brushes. The only thing I found sad was the fact you had to point out about your teeth, presumably because someone would have pointed it out for you. To be honest, I totally didn't notice anything like that! I downloaded Amino as you had mentioned it in a previous video, I was a bit put off by the admin on some of the groups, and I still haven't figured it out yet. Out of curiosity which ones did you join?

So jealous of your eyes! Mine are hopeless to work with, I have rather hooded lids combined with a deep crease which literally makes over a centimeter of skin "disappear" and all of my beautiful work cannot be seen. The visible lid space when I look straight ahead is less than two millimeters. I also seem to have "excess" skin on my lids, probably as a consequence of having hooded eyes, which makes it difficult to apply shadow because the skin moves and wrinkles a lot. I could accept that if I was 40+, but I'm only 18 and my eyes have always been this way... Kind of sucks that I can't do all the cool makeup looks, especially not huge dramatic eyeliner.
I feel you so much, I have the exact same problem, but one of my eyes is more hooded than the other so it's an absolute nightmare to get my eye looks to match. And my favorite form of makeup is eye shadow looks so it sucks so bad. Guess we have to get creative to find ways around it lol
I have uneven hooded lids as well. And actually, ReeRee has a little bit of hooded lids herself.
It just take practice and working with your eye shape.
Yah, we definitely have to get creative. To be honest, my everyday makeup look is mostly just an elaborate way to work around my eye shape, plus the fact that my eyes are quite runny so I must also take that into consideration. It becomes an entire science in itself!
KreeZafi you might Enjoy Stephenie Lange's videos for hooded eye makeup - I have this too and they are helpful
EtherealFinn on days my eyes look really lopsided, I just go hella smoky! Nobody is going to notice with all that black 😆

Just out of curiosity, which camera are you using? The quality is fantastic! I also dabble in photography and used to work with different photographers so I'm quite familiar with pro photo gear, but I'm looking for a good filming camera.

Aww thank you! My partner and I own a photography business, so we use expensive cameras. I use the new Canon 80D for video (its so good for video, they even filmed the movie 'Red 2' with the 80D). We use a mix of the 80D and the Canon 5D MkIII for photos. The 80D is cheaper than the 5D, but is almost as good.
The main difference is that the 5D takes EF lenses only (pro range) and shoots in RAW only and the 80D uses EF and EF-S and shoots in RAW and JPEG, which is better for entry level.
I don't use any fancy editing for video, just iMovie10 (I bought Premiere Pro, but can't work out how to use it).
Ohh fantastic! I shoot entirely RAW when I do any kind of photography, but a part of me is DYING for a full frame camera, despite the price ;)
I shoot Nikon for all my stills and video (D7000) but I've been drooling over their new D810 (which, if I'm not mistaken is a comparable to the Canon 5D mkIV), and although I love my Nikon for stills, I'm finding that it's just not sharp enough for HD filming. I'm definitely going to look into the Canon bodies for filming though, as they definitely seem to be the more popular choice. I'm super impressed with not only your partner's work on instagram but your videos as well, so Canon might be just a little bit more versatile, but still provide the pro features (I shoot everything manual) that I'm most comfortable with.
In regards to editing software, I'm pretty basic too. I use iMovie 10 as well. If it works it works, right? :)

Please don't worry about your teeth. I had braces and after they came off, my bottom teeth went exactly back the way they were. one tooth is almost completely behind the rest and has really receeded gums on it. I've considered just getting it pulled since I can't afford all the special care they've been telling me I need to get for it. It's been like this almost my whole life, and yes, it felt incredible to have the extra room for my tongue when I had braces. Lol. Also, in many Asian countries, they pay to have crooked teeth. (they see it as a sign of beauty and youth). You never need to apologize for being you. ❤ Though, I do completely understand if you wish to straiten your teeth.
