I want to thank you so much sir for that wonderful nostalgic drive though Barroullie on February 14,2021. Words cannot express the feelings I had seeing my home town from that standpoint, places I walked when I was small. I left St Vincent when I was ten years old, 1977, went back only twice since. I lived with my grand mother on Keartons Hill, while my birth mom is from Glebe Hill. The drive took me to Keartons bay, where I use to bathe sometimes, around Alfred's Corner, out Pierre Hughes past the clinic and 'Top school' where I attended for a while, through Strakers Road, the playing field ,I saw Mr Blue's shop and a glimpse through Bamboo Square, you took me down to Bottle and Glass and the memories of the smell of black fish and the wonderful taste of crips made my mouth watered. You even considered driving on to the wharf where we use to have greased pole competition, cross bottom street, through middle street which give me a little sadness when we drive past the little Chapel where my grandmother's funeral was held,up to Glebe where I also passed the final resting place of my said grandmother, mam Pearl,as I used to call her. So many memories thank you so much, sir and I wish you all the best.

Thank you for the drive through Barrouallie. It was only a name on a map to me before watchg your film. It was the birth place of our mother, Gloria Georgina John, who went by the name Georgina, or "GG" for short. She was a high school English teacher in St. Vincent. She married Leslie Knight and had four children, I am the third child. As a family of 6, in 1962, we moved to England.

Another great drive along! My Vincy wife and I watched it last night. 👍
Like the new camera setup! I can definitely see (and hear) a noticeable improvement over your previous one. Have you ever considered looking jnto a 360° camera mounted to the exterior of your vehicle? It is a little bit more costly but I think could take the type of content you are making to the next level even more.
One thing I haven't really seen in any of your videos are motorcycles. Does SVG not have much of a motorcycle or biker scene? Even searching TH-cam about that topic came up with very few (and no really good) results.
    Cheers

      Will look into it.
We do have a motorcycle movement, used to have pre-corona national Independence rides with visiting bikers from neighbouring Caribbean Islands.

@@aekdautomotiveeyekand4671 Cool man. Check out the Insta360 OneX 2 camera. I think this could prove to be very useful in recording the type of content you do as it records all it's surroundings in a 360 degree sphere. The video can be uploaded to TH-cam as such allowing the viewer to rotate and pan around to whatever view they want to see - OR - you can decide upon the specific viewing angle of each particular scene yourself with their free software prior to publishing. I use one in making some of by bike content and it's fantastic!!!

@@aekdautomotiveeyekand4671 Cool - as a biker myself I'd love to see more about the Vincy bike scene. Dominica (where I used to live) has a strong and growing bike (and car) scene over the past number of years. I know quite a few of the Dominica riders have visited St. Lucia for it's independence ride-along tour in the past.

You need a bit of salt to eat green tamarind.

That sounds drastic, but I must try it, I also must sleep😁,got work in the morn. Finally Started editing Bequia, enjoying it enough to still be up, but it's time.

@@aekdautomotiveeyekand4671 as children we ate green fruits with salt. We also added pepper to it and it "chow" or "pepper dip". Mango, plum, tamarind and golden apple were the main ones.
      Pleasant rest 😴

Your audio level is very low one can't hear or understand what is being said
It might be much benefiting if you can speak at a level more audible. Thanks.
