Hey Gemma! I am vegan, and I just want to say that it’s okay to slip up from time to time with eating things like your tuna panini! What matters is that you’re aware of your actions, and if you would have gone back and got something else, then that fish really would have been wasted, so I fully agree that eating it was the right thing to do! You’re doing great at cutting back at meat, Mother Nature is proud of you ☺️💜🌞🌙

Don't feel bad for having "setbacks" on your journey to vegetarianism. I went from carnivore to vegetarian to vegan but it was not overnight and still when someone brings me a cupcake to the office that might have milk or egg I will have it. Everyone has their own pace and it doesn't have to be overnight. Give yourself a break :) 💖
I thought a vegetarian could eat fish, a vegan can’t?
@@chrisroylance3109 As far as I’m aware pescatarians can eat fish, vegetarians have no meat at all and vegans are no meat, dairy or animal products. If anyone reads this and wants to correct me, feel free... x

@@chrisroylance3109 Hi Chris, vegans don't consume any animal products. So on a vegan diet we wouldn't eat meat, poultry, fish, eggs, milk, etc. Someone who identifies as vegan could also not use anything made with animals products or was tested or used on animals. Hope that explains a bit. :)

Had myself a bad week and a half, My hubby had light covid symptoms and i went through my back again, And i am still recovering from my surgery on my varicose vein got it removed and mentally i was a mess , But things will get better! But how many stress can people have😔

Hi Gemma, loving your vlogs ! They are always so varied and interesting. Which I love. The primark new in , was really lovely. Here in Australia we are in autumn , so I’m looking around at knitwear, boots,etc. some of the trends you showed, we are just getting here. Like the faux leather trousers, co ord tracksuits, blazers. I’m originally from northern Ireland, so it’s so nice , to get a look , at what’s popular over there. I’ve been in primark a few times, whilst visiting my family . It’s very similar in style and price to our Kmart. Which is not like the American one. Our version is so good, just like primark, with great clothes, pjs, shoes, home decor. I think if you were here, you’d really love it. Thanks for your amazing content. Always enjoy it! Take care xx

I saw your recent video where you were cleaning out your refrigerator. In your vegetable bin where you found the moldy oranges. You can order on Amazon, these vegetable bin liners. You can put those down in there and it will catch the stains from moldy fruit and vegetables and get the bottom.🙂
