Funny I'm shooting tomorrow and did a call sheet earlier today I'm going at it a little different I think you gave some absolute nuggets of advice to include... I just kinda reached out to everyone email and sent like a sudo "Schedule" and where to meet. I like that shoot day number I didn't include that, or the weather! Hopefully we are good I can quickly through another one together!
Oh I’ve totally done that too for smaller shoots! The idea is just to communicate when and where to be so that works too! Also don’t forget that nearest hospital cause you don’t don’t want to be googling to figure it out during an emergency!
