remember my comment, this amazing and beautiful song from the group THE WARNING! and alessia, will be in several movies and series such as soundtrack and easter egg! remember it! greetings from Mexico.
Great re-imagination of the iconic song. The way they deconstructed the song and turned it into the creepy lullaby James Hetfield originally imagined is songwriting magic.
I love this song, it's exceptionally phenomenal from the cool haunting vocals to the nightmarish cinematics of the video, I feel it's the best re-envisioned version to date of an all-time classic, it's so unique that it will become a new classic for today's generation. Special thanks to Alessia Cara for her collaboration with the Warning to make this awesome song happen. I wish I could have seen the look on Metallica's face when they heard this for the first time, I bet it was priceless.
Both Alessia and The Warning are marvelous on this. This is exceptionally good. Including the production, video and all. Imho, everything is just like it's meant to be.
For as much as I love Metallica, after all it was The Warnings cover of this song back in 2014 that got me interested in them to begin with, I still definitely like this rendition far more than the original. They took James Hetfields original idea of this song as being a “lullaby” for his son and created a far more Surreal….. Darker….. Creepier….. Haunting, almost horror movie feel of a song with a powerful ending that gives homage to the original, what a touch of class. And Dany’s high note leading into the ending is EPIC! They absolutely killed it! The more we hear from The Warning, the more I come to believe it is literally impossible for the sisters to put out anything subpar! And, this collaboration with Alissa Cara, who by the way is a Grammy award winning Canadian pop star with millions of followers was a perfect melding of pop and rock. Yet In my opinion, it is absolutely The Warning who bring the “hit factor” to this recreation of an iconic song. What a Bold Statement! But, I honestly did not expect anything less. It would not surprise me if this song/video were to receive a nomination for a Grammy award. Again, they killed it! LONG LIVE THE VILLARREAL SISTERS aka THE WARNING!
Great job! Some folks have stumbled on the difference, not understanding the goal of The Metallica Blacklist. It’s ok to say you like this best 😀. 🔥🤘#NumberlyGarfs
@@genocifermusic8 yes, when The Warning received an invitation from Metallica to feature on their album with Alessia, they had one week deadline to create the song. They collaborated with Alessia via zoom to do this song.
the Mexican girl group called THE WARNING, for my taste is a rare mix of legendary rock groups like Suzi Quatro, Joan Jett and the black hearts and Heart.
THAT'S WHY THE WARNING, IS THE WARNING!!!. SIMPLY AND SIMPLY 3 SISTERS, THEY SOUND AS IF THEY WERE 5 OR MORE, THEY COMPOSE EXCELLENT SONGS (MUSICALLY AND LYRICALLY) THEY ARE A SPECTACLE WHEN THEY ARE ON STAGE, THEIR SYNCHRONICITY IS PERFECT AND THEY ARE EXPERTS OF THEIR MUSICAL INSTRUMENT INCLUDING THEIR VOICES. THAT'S WHY THEY ARE THE ROCK REVOLUTIONARIES OF THE 21ST CENTURY. THEY ARE NUMBER ONE! EVEN IF THEY GIVE THE COMPETITION HIVES. SUSCRITO Y LIKE SOLO POR THE WARNING.
Their harmonies are the greatest, I ever heard. If you like them as much as I do, try "Revenant" from the recent "Error"-album, best the live version from august (th-cam.com/video/YfVNEhjMr-Y/w-d-xo.html). Unbelievable vocals by Pau and harmonies by her sisters.
Je suppose qu'en français tu me comprendras. Tu devrais chercher leur video d'il y a 7 ans... Ici la bassiste a tout juste 16 ans... Donc imagine les il y a 7 ans. Bienvenue
Seriously amazing transformation of the song. All four girls kicked ass.

I totally agree with you about the best part of the song. The ending doesn't even come close.

The Warning amended this song.
They totally ruined a good song! That song is supposed to be a hard hitting choppy sound ! It's now been pussified !
