Hunter Beef Recipe by Delicious Pakistani Cuisine

Hunter Beef:
Ingredients:
Beef Boneless 700 grams
Salt 1 ½ tbsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Black Pepper ¼ tsp
Lemon juice ¼ tsp
Procedure:
- Take boneless beef and add salt and lemon juice to it and then prick it with the help of a fork.
- Keep it in a refrigerator for 2 days and keep prick it occasionally.
- Prick it until the meat becomes soft and it absorbs salt and lemon juice.
- Now put the meat in a pan and cover & cook it on low flame.
- When the meat releases its water then flip it after 30 minutes.
- Cook it until the water dries and the meat becomes tender.
- Then turn off the flame.
- Cut the meat into thin slices.
- Can be stored in an air-tight container and freeze it.
- In a frying pan add oil.
- Fry it until the meat becomes golden brown from both sides.
- Sprinkle some black pepper over it.
- Garnish it with lemon slices and onion rings.
- Pour lemon juice over it before serving.
Hunter Beef is ready to serve.
