The title alone is exhausting 🤣 So excited to see baby goats!! We have unexpected babies coming in January...but only 3 🤣 I totally get your love for the goats! They are special creatures! ~jc
*I wish everyone treated their livestock so well. It’s a joy to see someone being SO conscientious and knowledgeable as they’re doing the thing they love!* 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Can't wait for your soap to become available, which are super cute btw! My in-laws live in Arizona and I know they'll be thrilled to support a local business.
What a gorgeous soap!!! Congrats on that GORGEOUS successful artisan soap!!! YOU DID IT!!! All those babies, can't wait!! I'll be watching EVERY video... wait, I watch them all now!!! LOL... can't wait!! I love every video you and your family produce. Thanks for EVERYTHING you all do !! I know it's a lot of work, and I truly appreciate everything you do to create these vlogs for sharing moments of your lives with the world.
The thumbs up is for your comment (I am thumbs up clicker, lol) Sorry to hear you can't hike anymore... that sux. If you had a goat they could pack your O2 on an easy trail! Lol!
MaryAnn Anaya Hi! I'm also in Phoenix, and both of my parents have been on O2 and cpap/bipap machines. Please don't be too sad. Long wilderness hikes may currently be out for us, but there are always alternatives! At least, try to go for car rides that get you away from the city buildings, etc! I'm currently looking for fall color drives within an hour and a half or two away from Phoenix. And I'm looking forward to our seeing spring colors on the North and South Mountain Preserves. Even driving into the mountain preserves is calming. Another thing you might consider involves getting a willing family member or friend to help you out with a wheelchair ride. Some local parks and rec trails are stroller/walking aid/ wheelchair friendly. And, keep in mind that many venues like the Desert botanical gardens, Phx Zoo, Boyce Arboretum, and AZ Sonoran Desert Museum are also mostly wheel chair friendly (although you might want to wait a while to go). And please don't rule out camping entirely! If you're still mobile, you should still be able to camp and at least get out of the city. Since you'll need electricity available for your 02 concentrator, RV camping grounds work! You also can car/ trailer camp off grid if you can get the necessary adapters for a car or marine battery to run your at home concentrator. (Unless you are lucky and managed to get one of the mini portable concentrators, in which case you need to get extra battery packs for it and the converter equipment to run off of car/ marine batteries.)
@@melissajarvis4829 Excellent! I tried to say that and had to run 2 errands not good w/ words.. You said it better anyhoo. But I was picturing a w/c on a smooth trail or just a nice park w/a goatie by her side packing a portable concentrator.! I used to work with them more frequently but the charge or battery lasts at least 2 hrs. Some last 12!
@@lesliemandic9673 Thank you! Being on O2 does impose some limits, but being on it is so much better than needing it and not having it! It actually allows people to do more, but they do have to make changes, plan ahead, and have back up plans. Unfortunately, unless you have some amazing health insurance, most mini portable O2 concentrators (with rechargeable batteries) cost several thousand dollars, out of pocket. (I'm talking about the ones you typically carry on a shoulder strap, not the big one to be used at home, that you plug into the wall.) The small O2 _tanks_ can last 2-6 hours, depending on the size and L/min. They are heavy, but that is less of a problem in a wheelchair. Insurance seems to always cover the tanks and their refills, along with the big, in home concentrator, but not the mini battery run one that encourages mobility and exercise, unfortunately. ☹ While it's a very cute mental picture (LOL), I wouldn't trust a goat to pack any of those. But, a fun image, none the less! 🐐🎒
@@melissajarvis4829 @Melissa Jarvis I know some are $1200 but that mite not be retail. I have a Cpap and in the depths of my soul and brain I know there was an insurance scam there and I paid as much for a copay as I would have a cash amt. And the DME co. Got 2x as much as I paid. My insurance couldn't care a less. If Mary Anne (or anybody) needed a W/C to get any 02 can be carried that way or on concrete roll on wheels. It just sounded good and encouraging and if one had a true pack goat about anything could be carried but again it sounds good if not feasible. I never was much for hiking & don't need 02. Yet. But I am pretty restricted by injuries, joints that need replaced, spinal stenosis, and speed. Oh and motivation. My Filipina coworkers were dragging me on slow hikes for awhile.. I can't remember how I dropped out. No weekends off I think. So for now I'm grateful for a milker and a wether, and these communities to keep on learning & helping. BTW Phoenix Rocks pun intended. I lived there for a year on my 1st travel assignment. Insanely Hot & Beautiful! I had a 3rd story view of Camelback the 1st 8months LOVED it!
LOVE YOUR CHANNEL! I have two Nigerian Dwarfs, but I want more! They are amazing! Your an inspiration! I’m a young widow though, but they helped me heal after my husband of 30 years passed away! Thank you for sharing! Hugs!!
I can't wait for cute little vaders and fluffy little legends running around. They're going to throw extremely cute babies out of the dams they were paired with
Crystal that is so wonderful and beautiful. Yay! What a glorious weekend for two. When I was 18-19 yrs old I climbed and wondered Joshua tree national Park. I loved it and your camping in AZ rocks brought back all those memories, thanks.
If you gently twist the soap off instead of pulling it away it will stay much smoother ......they look very nice .....definitely a signature soap to sell at maybe $9.00 plus per bar when it’s got a scene in it ...gorgeous! Great job 👏
Oh btw... the rainbow 🌈 in your video touched my heart because a rainbow appeared from the hospital to our home when he passed. My grand daughter always says “grandpa is in the mountains with a rainbow” thanks for sharing!
The herd looks soooooo great ! Good job with the soap---and kittens at the end--we foster kittens for out local animal shelter.. Good you guys got away---very beautiful.....
Beautiful soap, You did a great job! Loved seeing all of the goats, and really anxious to see all of the new babies next Spring. Looks like Derek chose a good spot for camping, beautiful Arizona countryside.
Hi LOVIES found your sight and just loving it. Love the soap pattern love and love the goats and your relationship with them. GOD BLESS have a nice evening together. Catching up on all your videos.
Love the hill and the sunset soap with the cactus. I agree the hill needs to be a lot higher but it is very good start. Looking forward to seeing more when you open it up more. Blessings and hoping your getting the rain you have been longing for all year.
I am sooo excited for all these babies!!! You produce amazing milking goats with a beautiful variety of colors. You definitely have your hands full with about 50 babies coming though so good luck!!! 🐐🐐🐐❤️❤️
After all the hard work on fences, soapmaking, and 'riding herd' on your goats, I'm happy to see the two of you getting away for some adult time. The pictograms are amazing. Take plenty photos of them -- who knows how long they will remain unspoiled. Crystal, the soap looks gorgeous! I will be curious to see how you do your next batch. Derek, strong work on the fence. It's an endless effort. The herd looks happy and settled. Only 3 weeks to do till the girls and guys get separated! Then....countdown time!
I love your long hair its really nice, I cant wait to see all the bubs My granddaughter keeps saying Ninni when are Cactus lady baby's coming, lol its so cute, Also that rock you went under reminds me of the movie 127 hours, looks like a very well deserved weekend.
I absolutely love watching the goats run and play. The soap turned out amazing, I really like it. I have a 4 yr old little girl who suffers extreme eczema. I was born and raised in Utah but a yr ago we picked our family up and moved to Washington, with a more moist state we hoped she would show less break out but she is still just as bad. Scratches tell she bleeds, I wonder if your goats milk soap would help her out. Cant wait to give it a try and cant wait for the new kids to be bouncing around.
How exciting. Can’t say how many yet we are having. But in a week or so ultrasound will be done of the 1st 11 does and two weeks later the last 7 doe’s will be done. Good luck. Thank You for sharing. God Bless
I really like the way the mountains turned out, and with the cactus, it supper cute. Hope you enjoyed your trip, and tried to relax, just a little bit. With 50 some odd babies coming soon, you're definitely going to need the energy. See y'all next week! ❤️🌵☀️⛈️🌈☮️🐎🐐🐖🦆🐓
Just a thought for the ‘Kid’s’ pen. Maybe you could grow some greens in mobile garden beds and on appointed days you could put them into them into the ‘KID’S’ pen -- just as a spoiling treat for them.
Roxy is pretty. O.F says yeaa Lodi. ( were back on lock down again for saftey reasons..ugh ( we had biketober fest..so just being preventative but it sucks because they had fun we got locked down..again.thanks! This was the highlight of the week. And you made us smile.
Love your vid’s!❤️ getting ready to breed “MY” first doe this month! So excited and can’t wait to see what she has! Your little soaps are amazing❤️❤️❤️
OM, that is going to be adorable. I cannot wait to see this along this season, again. They are all so precious. Those rock caves and pictograms are really cool. Thanks so much for sharing with us. 💞
Can't wait to see all the babies in the spring!!!!
Crystal, I love how you show how much you love your goats. It's folks like you who give animal owners a good name. Great video!
