Beautiful, you can also apply vaseline around the nails instead of tape to prevent the mess
Thank you so much for the tip on 'anchoring' the polish before pulling. That is the step no one else seems to include. Brilliant.
You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands. For instance, if they're placed around your throat she's probably slightly upset.
Mind=Blown.
I've tried this so many times, so many ways... I did NOT end well.
This is pure genius!!!
Her Chinese accent plus her British accent is adorable 😋😍
Ig
It's an Australian accent
It Australian not British
YAS
It's australian not British, in the beginning she said that she lives in Australia
Not only do I love the design, but I found your tutorial very enlightening. Just this weekend I tried over and over again with no success whatsoever, I was clearly missing the anchoring part. Thanks ever so much. I am definitely subscribing. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.
BEAUTIFUL....LOVE IT...
Love the marbling techniques but I would like to see different shades of blue with the marbling design. Beautiful nails

Love the black and white design. Looks very classy.
An easier way to do this so you don't get the nail polish all over around the nail is to put tape around the nail so you don't have to clean all of that nail polish off your fingers. But you have to let the polish dry before you take the tape off so you don't destroy the design of the water marble. :)
You can also use lip balm! Cover your finger with lip balm (obviously do not cover you nail in it) then simply use a q-tip to get rid of the polish! No nail polish remover needed!

wow really?
Actually you can buy "Rubber Mask", they sell at craft stores that Art Painters use.
It will peel right off of skin after the nail polish dries and much cleaner than tape.
Brush it on skin with a small artist brush or the brush in the bottle..

Nan W. Lol. I don't know if this is sarcasm or not… :/
I really love the effect, each nail different but perfectly complimenting each other, and I adore the simple black and white - so dramatic. Stunning. Job well done.Gorgeous!
omg wow. All other tutorials didn't explain all those important details. so happy I found this. I can finally do it :)
Beautiful!!
Beautiful! Thank you for not deleting this and leaving it for us!
I wish my nail salon knew how to do this!
Just try me
Oh my, this is beautiful. Your tutorial is excellent. I think the color combinations are limited only by your imagination. Love how you showed how to do two nails in one application.
A tip for you if you put Vaseline on your fingers the nail polish will easily remove from the skin. It will not stick to your skin. Might be a helpful tip for you
Brittany Fisher great idea...
U R A good teacher U have the best video to show how to use water marble nail design. Thanks! I liked this.
Haha
highfive ppl who live in Australia!
Beautiful. The added dots really caught my eye.
you should do purple and blue
No
yellow, white ,black and a few gold rings look very nice as well.
You know this takes ages..
Your nails are really pretty. I especially like the dots, they make it look so much better
This is a beautiful black and white design!! Hope it's as easy as it looks! Thanks for posting this.
wow i love this channel my nails wouldn't have ever looked better
I love water marbling. Try blue black and white. Those colors look very nice together
I just love the way you did your own nails
I love the way you added the dots it looks so cool
love the design! maybe pink, yellow, and orange for the next one? can't wait to see what you do next!
I've found its much easier to clean up the extra polish in the water if you use a Q-tip. I'm not sure why but it picks it all up quickly. I love this look also! New subscriber here!!
Hey, i've done a number of marble nails for myself at home and i found that one thing that makes it really easy to clear up afterwards is if you actually put something like vaseline on the skin around your nail. I found that it stopped my skin from getting stained, especially if i used colours like red :)
I love the colors you used in this Tutorial!...Thank you for sharing....
Great to see another Aussie with awesome tutorials! Thanks!
yes please more marble designs! now I know why the pain would dry so fast: water is too cold =)
you did a wonderful job explaining this process. now I know exactly what to do!
Thank you!!! For a simple way to do this without messy results!
I love this one, the dots gave a perfect touch to the design :)
I have seen a few of the water marble videos you have made, and each one of the videos I have seen just makes me want to see more! Every design is just so amazing!
OHHH. I'm seeing now the two things I didn't do that messed me up when I tried this before! I didn't anchor the points, and I didn't remove the excess nail polish once I had my finger underwater. Thank you! This was super helpful. You gave me a lot of ideas for the next time I tried--and I love that simple touch of the dots! I need to get some dotting tools like that....
Or just use whatever you have at home, like a toothpick. :)
That looks so cool!! You could do a rainbow gradient and then use black and clear nail polish for the marble....
I've once did the water marble technique but it didn't come out as good as i wanted too... But i will try with the tips you gave in this video, because you made it sound very easy!!! Thanks for the tips..
:)
First time visitor here and I have to say thanks for making this water marbling stuff make great sense! You're also the first to demonstrate doing two nails with one layer of polishes - I'm pretty anal about waste, even if I use a cheap polish. I'm going to subscribe here and check out all your other stuff... thanks for taking the time to teach the rest of us and sharing your knowledge, Meliney!
Beautiful! I love the black and white.
U make it look so easy! I have been trying and somehow always screw it up?! but I am still going to keep doing it until I get it!! great job!!!!!
I only tried water marble twice, because I think it's SO hard! But I liked that thing you did, attaching the nail polish to the borders of the cup, I haven't tried that! Definitely a must try! Thank you for sharing! :)
Love the dots at the end!
Thank you so much, I have been failing miserably at my water marble tries, but I think with your tips I'm gonna make it work. :-*
She made it like a PERFECT circle
Love the extra dotting after
yellow gold, pink glitter and orange is awsome too! i did it today
Absolutely fab...great teaching as well thank you
I absolutely LOVE this design! Can't wait to try it! :)
Looks incredible. Can't wait to try it!
I can't wait to try this on acrylic nails. Thanks.
the thing of sticking the nail colour to the sides of the cup is brilliant! did not think of it! maybe that is THE reason why I have 't managed to have them done yet! :D thanks :D
This is gorgeous! I've only recently started growing my nails after years of biting and want to start taking more pride in them. A design like this might be a while away for me yet, but it's something to aim for :) Great vid!
Yes Love the Blk & White and adding the dots. Very Cute. Only have done once myself after about 3 tries and just doing thumbs but couldn't get the web part to do at all. However did turn out very cute after 3 tries and actually painted a little white flower on the end with blk dot middle. Was looking at some hippie flowers too and wanted both so added to the tip of my water marble. Had lots of compliment's. THIS I WILL BE TRYING NEXT AS I LOVE BLK & WHITE. MAY EVEN DO SOME YELLOW DOTS AND RHINESTONES. GOOD JOB!!
I think this was a beautiful and creative design
"SimpleLittlePleasues"
I've learned a lot from this channel for water marble art.

Love how you added dots at the end!
I love your design it looks amazing.
I love the color combo
It great, looks very easy to do, very pretty.
my clients will love this thankks!!!
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL...LOVE IT
Just found your channel.... LUV IT!!! Loving the EXTRA Touch done by adding the dots for more eye catching design!! THANX!!!
Thank you for this lovely Video. I tried it too once and couldn't get it to work properly and I think I did the same mistakes you mentioned. I also love how you're one of the few nail polish tutorial channels who doesn't have long nails. Most of the good ones do and their designs look different on my short nails because I have less space so finding your channel makes me happy as I am unable to have long nails becaus of my contact lenses. You've just got yourself a new subscriber! Keep up the great work :)
Beautiful, I would like to see this in purple, white, and black!!!
It's so cool kmowing there are AMAZING TH-camrs with helpful tips out there! Thank you so much!

Luv, Luv, Luv. Looking @ it I thought it would be really complicated & time confusing. I will be practicing with this one.
Beautiful nail art!! I love it
I like the extra step of dotting the water marble
Gorgeous, and I must try - thank you for sharing this!
WOW !!!!!! It's awesome and I love it!!!!!!!
Thanks for the tips. I actually use clear hard nail polish to seal my fishing lures and saw this technique. I thought it may be a good way to make some patterns. I was also thinking because the polish sticks to the base coat of white so well maybe putting a coat on the rim of the glass to dry before adding water would give the spider web of anchors a better grip. I may try it when I paint the lures to see.
good tip about not dropping the polish from too high, hadn't heard that before
I like it. I would like to see it in red, green and white for Xmas.
Its really helpful finally i know how to do water marble nail art .thanks a lot

I've done this before and gave up mainly because its too dang messy. and when I kept at it, it would never work. I might try this one more time. This design is so beautiful
Dark blue and intense yellow/gold would be a cool combo!
