Appreciate you making these vids. In regards to the tripod question, I believe there's monopods available like a walking stick deal. Either way it's good watching your rail fanning adventures. Keep it going.
I'm one of your subscribers that voted for longer videos, but this one around 16 minutes is great! You keep your videos busy with talking and moving around so time goes by pretty quickly 😊
I have a Vegas sick story too. My wife and I went to see Gwen Stefani perform in 2018. We saw her perform at Zappos theater inside the Planet Hollywood hotel. After we got home I too got sick. I ended up going to Urgent Care and I had two viruses. I’ve not gone back to the Petri dish of humanity since.

Sorry my friend 🧡 sounds like you caught the "casino crud" I haven't been to Vegas since 2005 hahaha 😅 but the past three times staying there, I ended up sick with some sort of cough and body flu? Probably won't ever return to Vegas in the future, since I live full time in the Philippines now, and have been since July 2018! Considering the political issues in the US, this retired police officer has absolutely no desire to ever return to the US! Too stressful 😪 😫 Life in the Philippines is much better and much more relaxed, however there's no trains here hahaha 😆 so your channel helps me quench my train thirst 😜 Take care my friend and God bless always 🙏 be safe on your trip to the land of Disney in A town 😊
The gray primer one looks like it could be a GP38-2, road numbers 1800 - 1803 belonged to Ontario Northland (O.N. Rail), I founds pics of 1800, 1802 & 1803. And one of 1801 sitting at a yard fuel stand.
I think CRGX is Cargill... This was found on Instagram back in Aug 2021 apparently before you caught it: CRGX 305 sits in Stockton awaiting pickup from UP for an uncertain future. This GP9 built for Northern Pacific, will most likely be seeing the scrappers torch.
@MarkClayMcGowan interesting I looked at the 1896 ETT surprisingly Walong wasn't even a passing track but by 1915 it was as it still is in the ETT. I figured it was because of the Santa Fe trains and they likely paid SP money to get that done
Here's what them are (just say the letters). Jim Bob is talkin' t' Joe Ted. JiM BOB: "Look Joe Ted, MR ducks." Joe Ted: "MR not." Jim Bob: " OSAR, CM wings?" Joe Ted: "LIB, MR ducks!" Me: "'L, MR old units!"

GP-38 is the gray one and a GP-9 is the white one.
Is there a GP-10, GP-11, GP-12, GP-13, GP-14 etc...?
Last time I was at Anaheim Supercross was 1987. I proposed to my wife of 38 years. We were there with her family for the race.
That's awesome! My first time going was 88. I've been to at least 25 since! I went to A1 and A2 a couple of times.
Another very cool video that we enjoyed watching. Hopefully everything is going well these days and have a great rest of your Wednesday. Steve

what part of the PI? thankfully the Biden crime family/cartel is out of power!
for the grey one it's possibly a GP 38-2 but can't find anything on BUGX comes out as a GP 9 not the same
11:06 that’s a nice K5LLA horn

Someone said the white one was a Cargill switcher up the valley somewhere

There are RR's that have a few GP9 high hoods still running believe it or not. They could have been sold as local industry switcher's.
I only notice that you don’t use a tripod when you talk about it.
😂🤣😂
And I explain why I don't
Hey mark check up a few old SP stations at Tehachapi wade Pampa and Girard
Pampa was renamed Bena, Girard was renamed Marcel
