It’s really good, adding lime to it is really tasty. *Menudo* is like pozole except it’s not chicken, it’s cow stomach (which is tripa), and pig feet. It’s also good but for me personally, it’s not as tasty as the pozole, although menudo is softer and chewier :) Menudo can also be a cure for hangovers, haha *Champurrado* is a drink, It’s of a thick consistency and is made with Abuelita’s chocolate bars, corn dough (that’s what makes it thick), and water :) you can add in sugar if you’d like *Tortas* are a mexican sandwich (can also be called an ahogada, if you drown it in sauce and are from guadalajara/jalisco lol) It is bolillo (long baked bread) cut in half with ham, avocado, mayo, carne asada inside it (usually, that’s what it is, but you can change the meat or add more if you like :) ) *Tamales de Carne* are long and rectangle shaped, it is corn dough with meat inside (for me, i use cabeza: which is cow head, you can find the brain, eye, nose, tongue in it it’s really good!!) I am Arabian and I don't know what's wrong with figs with you I don't get it.. We have a lot of figs here in Egypt .. Its so tender and sweet it's one of my favourites fruits ever

fun fact I actually suffer from misophonia which is a disorder where people hate the sound of eating or even repetitive sounds yet I still enjoy your videos because exotic foods interest me and I like to see how people react to eating exotic foods. anyway I usually watch these videos without sounds and I will eat along occasionally. weird I know. Your videos have also helped me face my disorder and start to get better.
