I have been a dispatcher for over 20 years. We haven’t used radios for at least 10years. I do miss the interaction with the drivers while using the radio though!
this is no where near how i dispatch my boys......first of all, how is he gunna call out a call and ask where people are.........he should know where they are, and how is he not gunna ask where these customers are going, his drivers are fucked all night......how horrible......i run my shit with class
