Meet Constance: Math Teacher and Pig Farmer from Lesotho

Constance Senekal, a teacher by profession, initially ventured into pig farming to sustain her family. She used to keep her livestock under an open structure where it was exposed to harsh weather. With a grant from the Lesotho Smallholder Agriculture Development Project (SADP), Constance was able build a larger protective structure and buy more stock. She now successfully runs Senlet Family Piggery where she sells piglets and pork.
