1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp Sage
1/3 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 garlic cloves optional
1-2 tbsp corn starch for thickening Au Jus
2-3 large onions
2-3 bell peppers any colour
You can switch up the spices to your tastes!
