"Most of the practices and practitioners lack the mindset to think about the whole system against as we believe the only way to conquer the systems is to divide and Conquer. We have created so many specialists in the Industry today that we have lost the ability to look at things in a holistic way and we see things in a micro level. I would be talking about some case studies of how systems thinking has helped to solve some complex problems. I would also like to talk about the mindset shift in the art of solving problems to the art if dissolving problems.
