I was feeling a bit under the weather but fighting! Spent the weekend by mostly resting, doing some chores, watching The Bridgerton series, grocery shopping and window shopping to stretch my legs and walk more steps.

My usual steps are about under 10K. Thursday was recording breaking for me and my son as we hit 21K. We are on vacation and we walked around Taronga Zoo from 9:30 am to 1 pm. We had seen all the animals except for the platypus and we were starving. So far, we haven't gone to anything as high as that.

Wow 21k! I was able to hit 20k plus too when I was in SG for vacation. My goal right now, is to take more steps than my usual. I hope you and your son are having a good time in Australia. Enjoy your vacay!

Good job on eliminating the 3in1s Faith. I just checked how many steps I made yesterday at work, 3037 but there were steps that were not counted for when I don’t have my device w me and still it wouldn’t reach the 10k mark. That is only on days when I have errands to do or when I’m out and about 😅

Yeah but I still put milk and sugar on my coffee. I’ll try to slowly eliminate the milk next. I’m working on increasing my steps everyday! Hopefully 10k will be my usual steps each day in the near future. 💪🏼
